Modern World Business Solutions Ltd  レビュー

Went online with MWP solutions last month. The team are very swift and efficient and got us online with worldpay very quickly. Got us a great terminal too! Very cost effective rates and Ikhlas Alvi our account manager has been superb and is always there on hand to answer any queries and help us. In business there is always a lot to deal with and it’s great to have the payments and terminals all taken care of as it’s such an important aspect of the business maintaining swift and efficient cashflow. Next day payments are a bonus too! Thanks team.

My agent -Jamie Whelton came up with a great deal and very easy exchange from old company to new. Very impressed with knowledge of the system and eagerness but without being pushy.
Follow up support was good as well so all in all can not find fault

I was put in contact with Jamie Whelton at Modern World Payments to set up MIDs for cashless readers at a new site I was mobilising, time was of the essence to get everything set up and nothing was too much trouble for Jamie. The communication throughout the process was exceptional and I knew exactly where we were in the process every step of the way, through Jamie's dedication to the project we hit our deadline I can't recommend his services highly enough.....thank you again Jamie :-)

Ikhlas is fantastic to work with. Ikhlas is extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to he payment industry and Epos world. Would highly recommend his services. He goes above and beyond to find the best possible solutions, whatever the customer need and is always on hand to deal with any questions. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is paramount and I am grateful for the continued support.

I can't speak highly enough of Danny and the entire MWBS team. Their communication is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. Highly recommend!

Great service from Danny and his team. Keep up the good work.

Shocking experience full of empty promises and never saved me money or sorted My issues avoid at all costs

Happy to have switched over to Modern World Payments, my account manager is Ikhlas Alvi and he has been very supportive and proactive in setting us up and keeping me updated

Great communication and helpful advice when required. I have been dealing with this company for over a year now and nothing is too much trouble they are always on hand should I need them. Jon Boyle has been assisting me with a very stressful situation and has been great at advising me and directing me to the correct course of action

Paul at modern world payments has been absolutely fantastic!

He is very knowledgeable on the business and went above and beyond in helping us get the best savings possible - brilliant savings!!!!

Couldn’t recommend him enough, always checking in to see if we’re doing okay with everything, easy to contact and answers any questions you have very quickly! Great guy you can have a laugh with but also get the job done! Thanks so much Paul - you’ve really helped our business! See you soon!

Had the pleasure of working with Jamie Whelton from this company and I cannot rate him highly enough. Very approachable and knowledgeable chap who is more than happy to go the extra mile for you. Extremely easy transitions with all the products I have ordered from him. Outstanding customer support and care! 5 star service 😊

I recently switched my card payments provider, who I've been with for many years, initially I had hesitation in making this change as everything was set up perfectly, however Ikhlas from modern world payments analysed my statement and highlighted savings of approximately £40 a month, he also upgraded my dated terminals to something super fast, on top of all this I now receive payments more or less the same day with a brilliant merchant dashboard to track everything...10/10

Modern World Payments is a fantastic company to use when finding the correct solution for your business. I had a great all round experience with Ikhlas who evaluated how we take card payments and what can be done to improve the overall journey for both myself and the customer and of course I saved money in the process..!!

Received an excellent service from the team at MWB Solutions!

We have had the new till system installed for a month now and it has been great and customer service has been even better!

A month on and they are still as helpful as ever to ensure I get the most out of the system. No matter the question, I have had a very quick response from the team, especially Chirag, and I am extremely grateful.

Rebekah was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole set up of the account.

Warren has been first class with his support also and I am very appreciative of him and his team.

Can’t recommend MWB Solutions enough!

Thank you guys!

Great experience! Set up card machine quick and easy and always there to help if needed

Paul Brownhill really went above and beyond for my business and clearly has a vast amount of knowledge in this area. He's such a friendly guy and has been so helpful, he even came back to us a few times to make sure everything is working as it should and that we are happy and if we needed any further support.

Paul took the time to really understand our business so that he could offer savings & solutions that really benefitted our business.

I would 100% recommend Paul to anyone and he is truly a great asset to modern world business solutions.

Hope to see you again soon Paul and thanks again!

I recently met with Paul Brownhill who was extremely knowledgeable and quickly talked me through the savings I was able to make. My only disappointment was that I have used a leading Bank for 12 years to enable me to take card payments and they have been charging me way over the odds compared to Modern World. Paul enabled me to make large savings for my business. I would highly recommended this business.

Jamie has been so helpful and kind helping us set up a much better and efficient system. He is always at the end of the phone if we need advice and has travelled to us to set up and answer any questions. I would recommend Jamie to anyone who is setting up a business or already has a business and wants to improve their payment systems. He is attentive and knowledgable and wants to do the best for your business! Thankyou Jamie!!!

Have recently changed to Modern World, and would absolutely recommend my relationship manager Jamie Whelton who was so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him - what a 100% star ! Thank you Jamie

Great values, forward-thinking, and innovative.
I have been working with Modern World for the past few years now and they are always looking for new ways to improve their services.

Keep up the good work guys!
