Package locker was not accessible due to a broken door so tried to contact them to ask to make a delivery appointment. This was alright- I would be called the moment the delivery was being made as long as I stayed home. I did all day- no call. The packages were delivered in the lockers so I couldn't reach them. I mailed (the e-mail response according to them is AI) and again it would be notified to the delivery drivers. Same story- I got an e-mail saying the packages would be delivered in the locker so I called again. First time the line disconnected on me as I asked whether or not I could have it delivered by appointment. So I persisted and called back. Now I have to stay home all day again, as my request will be forwarded to the delivery driver. I have little faith in that it won't be delivered in the lockers so I guess I'll start looking for solutions now. After this no MyPup for me. Things are great if nothing goes wrong, but be aware if something is out of the ordinary things go wrong really, really fast.

The parcels simply are not delivered to the particular coutrier location within 3 working days as promised by app (which is already quite long). It can be 5-6 working days quite easily. Do not place time sensitive parcels there. Better go to the actual drop-off point. Idea of My pup is good, but execution is not great so far.

I love getting my packages delivered using MyPup. We used to have so many issues with packages getting stolen or incorrectly delivered. Our appartment complex has a MyPup locker and since we started using it we've never had any delivery issues anymore.

Delivery is fast and has never gone wrong. The one time I had an issue with one of our deliveries the customer service team responded within hours and got the issue resolved.

They even managed to receive our package that required a special code given by DHL due to the price of the goods inside.

Wat een drama deze bezorgdienst! Pakketjes werden gewoon in een hal gedumpt waar meer dan 300 bewoners dagelijks door heen lopen in plaats van in een MYPUP kluis.
Als klant kreeg ik een foto van mijn 2 pakketjes opgestuurd die in een hal lagen; daarna volgde een code en een kluis nummer.
Het lukte echter niet om de kluis te openen. Bij contact bleek dat die dag de kluisjes offline waren en de pakketten gewoon in de hal zijn gedumpt!
Mijn pakketjes zijn weg, waarschijnlijk meegenomen door iemand anders.
En ik moet het zelf maar uitzoeken.
Dus... vertrouwen is weg, nooit meer MyPup!

Since I moved into my new place in July I've been consistently ordering parcels to MyPUP. Never had any issues except last week where DHL notified me they delivered my package (Friday 10AM) to MyPUP but I didn't get any notification from them receiving it. I contacted their CS and got a response within a day (Saturday). On Monday, I received a message that they located my parcel on an "package unknown" list and they delivered it safely 2 hours lately. I am very happy with their service so far and hope they keep it up !

First couple deliveries were perfect. The last one hasn't arrived for the past two days and is still missing. The phone number to the customer service didn't work.

I would never understand why someone would opt for this. I am forced to do it because of my building policies. They deliver things very late ( 3 days after receiving them from the source), so if you have Amazon Prime, just forget getting your delivery the next day. The customer service lies on the calls and doesn't follow up with actions. They promised they will deliver an urgent delivery on the same day twice, and didn't deliver it until 3 days after. It's just exhausting and wouldn't recommend AT ALL.

I don't normally write reviews but I was so prepared to leave a bad one that I will instead leave this good but not perfect one. MyPup had lost one of my packages and there were valuable items inside. Although this is frustrating, I was truly panicked when I read their terms of service where a maximum of 100 euro refund was described. When I reached out to support, they informed me of their mistake and made sure to refund me the full amount, close to 1000 euro. So although I am unhappy with the mistake in the first place, I'm happy to know that if something goes wrong they are a company that follows up as best as they can. For this reason I give 4 stars.

Extremely rude delivery people. Products not what I ordered. Never order here ever in your life!!!!

Worst package company
This company accepts your package and then dont deliver them to the pick up points. When you complain or ask where it is, they didn't recieve it but weeks later it miraculously appears at a pick up point.
