You have opened with us 2 accounts with 2 separate emails, and with 0 deposits in both, wrote a negative review for no reason. This is a clear pattern of fake reviews written because someone asked to do so.

For the sake of clarity and transparency, we would like to outline the factual timeline associated with your account.

- This review is related to an account you opened an account with us on 18 April 2026 and completed verification immediately.
- No deposits were ever made to the account.
- On 23 April 2026, you requested that the account be closed, which was processed accordingly.
- You did not contact customer support at any stage with concerns, complaints, or service-related issues.
- A negative review was posted on 28 April 2026, despite no trading activity, deposits, or service usage.

Given the above, we respectfully note that there was no financial interaction or service experience that would substantiate claims of fraudulent or “scam” activity.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify the situation with full transparency based on the actual account timeline and communication records.

- Your account was opened and verified on 25 April 2026.
- A promotional bonus request was submitted shortly afterward.
- As clearly communicated by our support team, all promotional bonuses require up to 3 business days for internal approval and processing.
- A negative review was posted on 25 April 2026 (the same registration day), before the standard bonus approval period had elapsed.
- The promotional bonus was successfully credited on 29 April 2026, which falls within the communicated and expected timeframe (4th day including processing).

At no point was the bonus declined or withheld, nor were any conditions changed after the request. The promotion was applied exactly as explained.

We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but characterizing this process as “false promises” or “misleading” does not reflect the documented sequence of events or the final outcome. Our team kept the client informed throughout, and the commitment was honored in full.
