last week, without prior warning, my account was frozen and I lost access to my funds, 487€ that is still inaccessible today. Contacting support seems useless since every time I do it, they say they're waiting to hear from "compliance team".

I am new to the bank but I must honestly say that this is the most comprehensive online bank I have ever come across. From multiple currency accounts to the physical and digital Swiss bank cards, Dukascopy has exceeded m expectations, especially for someone living in Africa, where international banking options are very limited.

Now I can receive payments from my international (non-African) clients with ease.

some services are good but costume service very bad always chat bot and the worst is if you request to increase the limit more than 15 days no answer at all no positive no negative answer
