Horrible service

The most disgusting experience ever, the worst internet company, worst service, f@@k them all seriously and f@@k the OM, f@@k the managers, and the IT department, I lost my service for 3 days and no wants to help

My first experience in We the employee was very friendly and respectful and tried to help me as much as possible I would like to thank her so much. Her name Alaa Samy from miami branch

if there was a zero rating i would have choosed it. this is the worst company in the world... they dont give a #### about reviews or anything

they are doing good cause there is no network provider in egypt so they are the only provider to buy from -_-

This has got to be by FAR the worst kind of Internet I have ever seen in my life! The fact that the internet just loves to cut out for extended periods of time is just SUPER ANNOYING AND FRUSTRATING! I wish this infuriating company seriously goes out of their way to improve the DAMN INTERNET CONNECTIVITY THAT THEY GAVE US!!!

Eine FritzBox, die den Anbieter anzeigt und die Leitung erkennt, darf ich nicht nutzen. Für € 60,- wurde mir ein Router aufgezwungen, der 15 Jahre alt ist, lediglich WLAN N unterstützt. Für Verlängerung wird nicht einmal eine VISA-Karte akzeptiert. Telefonie via WhatsApp nicht möglich! Geht´s noch!

We paid lots of money to get internet, we get ripped with this service, I highly not recommend to any one , the customer service is terrible awful service and not worth the money that we paid .
Really disappointed sick of my stomach wishing that everyone knows that frustration .

للأسف شركة سيءه جدا جدا ونصابه وحراميه محدش يشترك فيها انا لغيت اشتراكي معاهم النهارده ولا بيهتموا يبعتوا رسايل تنبيه ان الخط الأرضي اللي معمول عليه الواي فاي عليه فواتير وادفع النت ميشتغلش اكلمهم في التليفون يقولوا اصلهم استنوني فلما مدفعتش الخط الأرضي لغوا التعاقد طب والنت الباقه اللي شحنتها لأ خلاص راحت عليكي مش مشكلتنا طب خدوا الفلوس اللي عايزينها وشغلوا النت يقولولك لأ لازم تعاقد جديد وفني ييجي يعمل معاينه الاول طيب معاينه ايه وانا مشتركه من شهر مايو ٢٠٢١ ومرمطه ٦ شهور في اول التعاقد علشان يوصلوا النت واروح سنترال التجمع الاول والرحاب النهارده بيستخفوا باالناس كااننا عبيد عندهم ومش فاهمين حاجه اصلا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل في حرقه الدم وال ٣٨٠٠ جنيه اللي ادفعوا ويقولوا لو هتلغي الخدمه مفيش استرجاع للراوتر وتاخد حتي جزء من الفلوس اللي دفعتها

Unfortunately I can't give any stars below 1 star. Extremel disappointed with the WE telephone company. Their incompetence in addressing basic sim card registration and lack of timely resolution to a basic matter has been beyond frustrating. Very unsatisfactory experience overall and I will not recommend anyone this service.

This Company is the worst company ever, i've been calling everyone on WE customer service and IVE BEEN DOING MANY COMPLIANTS and then they didn't help me and I keep wasting 150 minutes worth of mobile balance because of this, and i won't recommend this Company, they scam me and they didn't even help me afterall.

========== The issue ==========

My router was going on and off and this issue was going over 48+ hours.

Terrible incompetent customer service. The internet disconnects every day for 1 hour. We understand that it is due to electricity cuts. But from the huge sums of money the company makes, they could invest in new equipment to fix the issue instead of paying actors/actresses for meaningless ads.

I was arriving at the Hurghada Internarional Airport from Poland. I wanted to buy a SIM card, however the sales representative taking money took also the card to show it to me again. After paying and leaving I realised in the hotel he didn’t give the card back to me. Please be aware they are cheaters and thieves.
