Do not use this company!!!
Took my money and never turned up for lessons. Asked for refund which I never received.
Luckily I paid on credit card over a £1,000 the bank refunded my money.

Booked a course for October ,surprise surprise the instructor was unavailable same again November books time off work both times ,absolute scam can’t get in touch with them now I will be going to the small claims court,I advise everyone to do the same

I wouldn’t even give this company one star it is absolutely disgusting how they treat people, they give people false hope, emailed me 4 days before i was supposed to start and told me the instructor wasn’t available which is an obvious excuse for other people to, i also tried ringing and emailing because they wouldn’t give me my deposit back the phones just go to an automated voice and they never call back luckily i managed to get money back from the bank

I booked an intensive driving course with this company, My Five Day! And it has been a complete disaster from the start. Their communication is non-existent, they make promises they don’t keep, and the entire process has been a mess. They booked the wrong dates, failed to assign me an instructor, and ignored my messages when I tried to get answers.

On the day my course was supposed to start, no instructor turned up, and I received no communication from the company. When they finally assigned me another instructor, he showed up late and only bothered to attend one day out of the five-day course. After that, I heard nothing.

I have repeatedly contacted the company, tried to speak to a manager, and requested a call back—yet no one has responded. I also requested a full refund over six months ago, and despite chasing them multiple times, I have received no reply.

This company is completely unprofessional and unreliable. I feel scammed, and I will be taking further action to recover my money. Do not waste your time or money with this company—find a reputable provider that actually delivers what they promise.

My niece booked an intensive course, and saved up for a year to pay for it. They took her money and never showed up. Total scam. Despite numerous attempts to get the money back, she is still waiting for any kind of response.

Booked my week of lessons and the day before the date they cancelled and re-scheduled to the following month. This was fustrating as i had booked well in advance and had to move my annual leave at work, however i gave them the benefit of the doubt and accepted the rescheduled time. A few days before my lessons were due i emailed to confirm if it was still going ahead as i hadnt had any communication. i was emailed back and told someone would be in contact. The day of the lessons no one turned up and i recieved no communications to say it had been cancelled. It was left to me to inform the company and i requested a refund. This was in the middle of November and i am still awaiting my refund despite numourous emails and them confirming i was owed a refund. There is no excuse or reason for the delay in returning my funds and i can only assume this company is running a scam or is fraudulant. Do not waste your hard earned money at this company as you will be risking it.

Is this company legitimate? My stepson booked a week of instruction in August and noone turned up. They claimed they were short of instructors. So he wasted a week's holiday from work.
The booking was rescheduled and the same thing happened. Noone turned up again!! 2 week's holiday wasted and now we can't contact them for his £1200 refund. I've made 7 calls and tried the online chat. Sent several emails. All to no avail. Any advice would be appreciated.

I booked and paid for a 5-day fast-track driving course with My5day.com, scheduled to start on 20th January 2025. Unfortunately, this has been a terrible experience from start to finish. Despite taking my money, the company failed to provide confirmation, didn’t deliver the service, and completely ignored all my follow-up attempts.

Key Issues:
No Booking Confirmation:
After paying, I received no confirmation or course details. I contacted the company multiple times via their online chat, but I never got clear answers or updates.

Contradictory Information:

Initially, I was told the course was available from 16th December. However, when I tried to book, I was informed that the earliest available date was 20th January.
I was assured instructors would handle both pick-up and drop-off, but no one turned up on the course start date.
Ignored Communication:

Despite leaving multiple voicemail messages, none of my phone calls were returned.
Attempts to follow up via their chat system were equally frustrating, with most chats ending due to inactivity or being ignored entirely.
Non-Delivery of Service:
Today (20th January) was supposed to be the first day of the course, but no instructor arrived, and I have received no communication from the company about what went wrong.

Evidence:
I have saved transcripts of all my chats with their customer service, which show:

Promises about availability that were later contradicted.
Poor communication and failure to resolve my concerns.
No effort from the company to update me, even after I confirmed payment.
Conclusion:
This company has wasted my time, ignored my messages, and failed to deliver the service I paid for. I’ve had to escalate this issue to my credit card provider to recover my money.

If you’re considering booking with My5day.com, avoid them at all costs. Their customer service is unreliable, their communication is nonexistent, and their promises are meaningless.

Id love to give this company 0 stars. From the time I booked with them near on 2 years ago I have had nothing but problems. Still haven't received a penny back from a service not provided. Go elsewhere you'll only get disappointed

SCAM don't give yout money to them they are pretending to be the legit company 5 day. Don't get confused.

It's a scam.
Take the money. Say its booked. Mysteriously cancel the day it's supposed to start. Now happened twice
Just dont. Clearly fake positive reviews too, just look at the profile of each one.
You can recover money through small claims court, they just no-show, check reddit for advice on this

Very upset as we Booked a course for one of our Engineer's and paid for it in full, instructor cancelled due to being unwell (cannot be helped), but then rebooked course and this time the instructor never turned up and no one at my 5 day let us know anything, asked on numerous emails for a refund, told by complaints department it would be sorted before Christmas, still no response, unable to contact by telephone, Absolute DISGRACE of a company, now in process of reporting them for fraud and to the Police and contacting our bank to report as fraud to claim back the money owed to us. SCAM

This company is a complete scam.
We paid £1400 for an intensive course.
After cancelling twice (the second time the instructor didn’t even turn up) we now are unable to get a response from the company regarding a refund.
Complete scam. Do not use.

My daughter saved her birthday money and paid £399 deposit with My5Day.com, they cancelled and rescheduled the lessons. Now cannot contact anyone at My5Day.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Cancelled with one day notice, reorganised it and cancelled again. Complete scam, I am now in the process of getting my money back through the bank

Dont use this company never heard from them i asked for a refund several times and got no reply can never get hold of anyone so am now going through my bank to try and get the £1,219 back

Same as the others my son in law booked had a few lessons they never booked any of the tests he paid for they told him to wait till the theory got booked, hasn’t heard back, they don’t reply to messages etc absolute shambles this has been going on since September. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not use these scammers. They take your money and you can’t get in touch with them. They won’t ring you back.
