No contact on when and how your courses will happen. No customer service, scam! DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Appalling Service, they are just thieves.

Cancelled the weeks course for my son at the last minute. Promised to get something sorted. 2 weeks after the course was supposed to happen still no contact.

So at the moment the money has been stolen by these thieves and they refuse to respond to emails.

Avoid at all costs.

I booked a five day course for a week in July 2024 and took a week off of work so that I could do it.
The night before I had a text message from the driving instructor saying it was a two week course and that he does not do 5 days courses despite what I booked.....
I had to cancel as I couldn't take the second week off (why should I have to?)
I have asked for a refund and honestly this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had! I have so far exchanged 46 emails with them which go like this

Writing this review hoping that someone sees it and sends me back my money!!!!!

Nephew booked intensive, never showed up, no phone call. We had to call them to ask for update, told would happen next day, yet again no instructor turned up. Had to chase again told again would be next day, nothing. Have requested refund and keep being told you will get a call by end of the day, no phone calls no emails, absolutely nothing this has been going on for 3 weeks. Nephew out of pocket and no lessons. DO NOT USE!!! There is a Facebook page of loads of people being scammed

STILL NO REFUND ON 15th SEPTEMBER ABSOLUTE SCAM

This company have stolen my £1100 and I have reported them to the police for theft they are liars 12 calls and three emails 1 online chat still not returned one call and my daughter was meant to have course on Monday.

In regards taking down my post, absolutely NOT as it is now 18.16 and still no one has bothered contacting me or my daughter. So I stand by everything I have written.

And I will continue to post negative reviews on here, and social media until I’ve either got my money back, or have been contacted by a senior member in fact any member of this so called farcical company, to apologise for the way my daughter has been treated. You have taken her money and to be honest I didn’t believe the negative reviews and comments about fake positive reviews but we have called you over 20 times in a week asking for confirmation or help, plus 2 live chats and emails but yet again still no one has responded I find that inexcusable and disrespectful

UPDATE. 3rd September Still Nothing Silence THIS COMPANY have MY £1100. DO NOT PAY THEM You would have thought after this review that someone would have contacted me if they were really stuck or struggling or even sorry they couldn’t run the course or find an instructor, they have been reported and we are in the Process of getting our money back Unbelievable

Unprofessional and very poor. Reported for fraud to the authorities. This company is now being pursued by the relevant police and autjorities for being a scam company.DO NOT pay up front and then get no response from these awful people

Terrible service from start, booked online and never received any communication even though i had booked the theory test. Finally heard from them on Friday to be told they had no instructor, and that they would contact me over the weekend. Asked for a refund yesterday as there was still nothing and was told that this had been processed, when asked for a confirmation they said they would try and get one. Asked for an update today and they said that we have to fill out a complaints form first!!!! Still had no response from them at all.

Found online and booked for my sons 21st Birthday.

Shocking service, first course cancelled due to sickness and the second course booked for today, surprisingly no one turned up!

Waited over 3 months for the theory test to be booked.
No contact numbers and no direct contact with anyone, refund requested, no joy I've called the address which was given online which was another driving company with a very similar name they report this is a common problem with people contacting then think they are MY5DAY.

Online chat service is shocking and no customer service skills.

Now reporting to trading standards and the police for fraud. Will see you in court MY5DAY.

Please dont get this mixed up with 5DAY whom have been extremely helpful on the phone this morning.

From the start, the communication was virtually nonexistent.

After paying a large fee, I received an email four days prior to the course start date saying that the driver was ill and the lessons would not be going ahead. I then had to disappoint my daughter.

After doing some research, I discovered that many people had been through the same experiences and the company makes it very difficult to receive a refund.

I was fortunate having found someone who had sadly been through a similar experience who was able to advise me on how to recover my money.

Totally disappointed, I've been scammed for a considerable amount of money. Pattern follows most reviewers; cancelled at last minute, then a series of incoherent communication leading to 'giving up'. We shouldn't give up; please note you have protection via section 75 (for credit card paymen) or 'Chargeback, via your bank (for Debit card payment). I've joined the the frowing 'action group' (see recent post) as something needs to be done.

Massive scam. Don’t be a mug like me and fall for it. Can’t wait to get these crooks shut down

Booked a course, paid 400.00 deposit, got an email day before due to do the course to say driving instructor ill (surprise surprise), they don’t reply to emails, they don’t ever answer the phone, left messages (10) with a call centre, still avoiding me, still waiting for a refund. Avoid this company.

It’s a SCAM… I read the reviews and booked my son’s course for his 18th. Paid £400 deposit 12 th may . They booked him in for July ,week before course they cancelled staying instructor unwell but they would find someone else!!!! STILL WAITING. I have repeatedly asked for return of money cleverly they respond to your emails and say yea it is being sorted, thank you for your patience. I have sent daily emails and each time they respond oh so sweetly……. I asked for a manager to call me NOPE…. I am still sending them emails but have reported to my credit company fraud… so if you have been lucky to have a course then that’s a miracle they are absolutely scamming people and you will too find out if you use them…. Please don’t be fooled

If I could give a minus score I would. GRIFTERS!! Avoid at all costs. Absolute shambles of a set up. Took £1050 from us and then ghosted us. We've had to get our bank involved for a chargeback to get our money back. Totally unprofessional "chat" online when we finally got hold of someone, we asked for a managers name and for a phone call. Flatly refused to give us the name of any manager and - surprise surprise no phone call this morning.

First time around cancelled 3 days before course was due to start, told I could rearrange, I told them I needed guarantees as I booked a week off work, didn't even inform me second course was cancelled they just didn't turn up, I have now been chasing a refund with very little help, no straight answers, very little communication and no real way of contacting them bar emails TOTAL SCAM STAY AWAY

Scammers avoid.. positive review's are fake.

Absolute scam. I’m pretty sure any god reviews are fake because they have taken our money and not delivered anything and make refunds impossible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I will change/update this review if anything changes, but as it stands they have taken £3000 and we have nothing

Recommended by a friend who used them, what a big mistake. Wish I read the reviews first £1200 down the drain can’t get hold of anyone just get a email to fill in the complaint form, that’s a waste of time as nothing happens. Going to have to take it further.

Interesting they never validate the positive reviews isnt it?

Please read and beleive the 1 star reviews - currently making a small claims application against them, this company, and i use the word lightly, is a sham. My experience followed the same pattern as all the other 1 star reviews - they take your money, present like you have a booking and its confirmed, then the instructor is sick at the last minute and they want you to rebook. They do not provide any details including the instructor details (which as a parent is a clear safegaurding issue), they do not respond to requests for information and the customer service manager is, i suspect, also every other person in the company.
I am sure that if you rebook they will still not honour it and laugh all the way to the bank with your money.

If they have taken your money, contact your bank and do a chargeback application, and then send them a letter before action and give them 14 days to refund, if they do not, make a small claims application to court.

But above all AVOID this company!
