Amateurs
I would not recommend this company of amateurs. They really do not know how to operate a trade seeking business. Booked for my job and postponed and then cancelled leaving me high and dry. Not sure they are even based in the UK.
Stay away from them.

They arrived on time
They arrived on time, were pleasant, listened to what was to be done, I found it good to be able to talk personally to them. I paid for the extra cleaning. They tidied up, painting was good.
Overall a good experience.

No show.....
My initial concern was when I was advised by MyAdam I could not cancel despite being advised cancellation's can be made 72 hours before the start of the work.
I was advised by the painter and decorator he would visit my home on the Tuesday but he did not appear.
I was told that he would arrive at 08:00 on the Thursday. He did not arrive and failed to respond to a txt sent to him.
I am currently living with cancer and it took 3 days to get the space ready for this work to be carried out.
Once bitten twice shy.

We’d also like to clarify that you can cancel at any point before the scheduled start date. However, cancellations made within 72 hours of the start date may incur a small cancellation fee, as the professional will have already reserved that time. If this wasn’t communicated clearly, we apologise for any confusion.

Overall very happy!
We had a small paint job in our house which was painting some doors, ceilings etc and we got a very good price from Adam painter. They were efficient and did the job well. I'd give 5 stars except for some paint drops left on the carpet but I was able to clean them myself. I was overall very happy though and would recommend this company.

My experience with this company has been fantastic from start to finish..Daniel the painter assigned to us was excellent, arrived on time and his painting work is outstanding and he left my home so clean and tidy after he finished. I would definitely rate this company 5stars, I will be usinging them again and will absolutely recommend this company to friends and family.

The painter, was so friendly and polite. Her work ethic was exellent ( Alena). I could not fault her, she did an exelent job on my bedroom, im so pleased with the finish .

Mabe poor quality of paint
I found the response quite speedy I booked the painter on a Thursday and was able to arrive on Saturday morning.
Two bedrooms was the job and ceilings.
As the rooms were small i box room and middle room that were both white it was a repaint in white. It was a bad job it needs another coat of paint. That i will have to do myself i personally would not recommend.

The entire process was very smooth
The entire process was very smooth. The work was completed to a very good standard and our assigned painter was very accomodating and entire process went very well. Price was very reasonable.
I am really happy with the overall process from start to end.

Professional, Efficient and Great Value
From the first contact with Adam, everything was seamless and professional. The painters were very clean workers and very efficient. It was a big enough job, hall, strairs and landing, including stairs to attic converstion, all doors, door frames, ceilings, skirtings, change of wall colour, and the banisters itself, which needed a deep sanding. The lads arrived at 8.30am and worked until 6.30 pm. They vacuumed and tidied before leaving. On day 2 they arrived at 10am (it was a Saturday so the later start suited us better) and by 4pm the entire job was completed, including the clean up. The quote is very reasonable, for the amount of work and the quality of the work. We are really happy with the end result. I have no negatives and I will definitely be booking with Adam again. Do not use this company
Do not use this company, painter wasn't professional, 2 rooms and hall painted with ceilings. Loads of missed spots on ceiling around lights and edges missed, windows and door frames covered in wall paint. But because I signed satisfaction and didn't see all bad painting until proper sunlight shone on it, nothing can be done. Showed the company pictures too and would only fix if partner agreed. With no response. Gonna seek legal. Avoid.

You first contacted us regarding this matter on March 3rd, approximately one month after the work had been completed and after the handover protocol had been signed confirming satisfaction with the job at the time.
Nevertheless, we responded the same day and asked for additional photos so we could properly review the areas you mentioned.
After receiving the further images on March 4th, we contacted the painting partner involved and began reviewing the situation with them.
When you followed up on March 6th, we again replied the same day to confirm that we were awaiting the partner’s response and would update you as soon as we heard back.
We understand that discovering issues later can be frustrating, and we want to assure you that we have been actively communicating with you and looking into the matter since your first email. While the original work was signed off as satisfactory at completion, we are still reviewing the information provided and discussing possible next steps with the partner.
We remain open to resolving the issue and will continue communicating with you directly as we receive further updates.
