If I could give a minus fugure I would

If I could give a minus fugure I would, disgraceful customer service, faulty hob came, after waiting 2 weeks for the warrantee to be lokked at was offered replacement, however apparently direct replacement had been taken out of production and the product which superceeded it would be £50 more which they wanted me to pay. On checking their website my same model showing in stock was now £50 more in price so they basically wanyed me to pay £50 to have the same one absolute disgrace

To clarify, warranty replacements are based on like-for-like specifications and availability at the time of processing. If a model has been discontinued, we would normally offer the closest equivalent alternative. However, you should not be left feeling that you are being asked to pay more for the same product under a valid warranty claim.

The model in question was not actually the exact same unit, but a revised version of the original. The factory updated the internal model reference, which unfortunately created some confusion within our service team during the warranty process.

Although the internal model code changed, the hob’s features and specification remain the same. This revised version should have been clearly offered to you as a direct alternative replacement. Unfortunately, as the service team were unable to view the original listing at the time, this connection was missed, which led to the confusion.

We sincerely apologise for the experience you’ve had and for the frustration caused throughout this process. A full refund has now been issued, and we hope this goes some way towards putting things right.

Zero communication.

Zero communication.

Received an oven before New Year's. Arrived with parts missing,. They have not bothered responding to any emails suggesting a resolution
So I emailed again to request a refund and return due to their incompetence. Still no response.. this is against the consumer rights act so we will be doing a charge back. Before they bother replying on here - responses have not gone to junk mail

Not even 1 star customer service…

Not even 1 star customer service terrible offered money of a new microwave when mine went on fire will put the part number on this site as some as I get it if you have one return it they are dangerous

This appears to be the same issue raised by the same customer in a previous review on the same day. An appliance catching fire is not normal and is something we would urgently want to investigate, however we have not received any direct contact or supporting details to enable us to do so.

Been treated disgusting the microwave…

Been treated disgusting the microwave we bought nearly killed us switched it self on early hours in the morning we were I’ll with smoke inhalation my appliance did not care and offered us a measly 49 pound discount if we want to buy one again the trading standards now got involved do not want this to happen to anyone else they have now blocked my number terrible company

Very poor customer service for a long standing client.

I am a long standing regular customer with this company but they really let me down on my last order. It was a dishwasher that never worked from day one. The engineer was sent to the wrong address and I had to keep calling to get the problem sorted out.
My customer, for whom I fitted the kitchen, was kept waiting for six weeks while they messed around.
Finally when the appliance arrived, I had to send a fitter to install and remove the faulty one.
Very poor customer service for a long standing client.

Great communication

Great communication, great wine chiller, yes a little noisy but who sits in the kitchen in silence? Play your Bluetooth speaker and you won't hear it. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this seller.

Ignored by Customer Services.

Had a question/problem with my order - I believe parts were missing (as per the instruction manual). I contacted the MyAppliances customer service team, as per the email address on their website. I have also chased and tried to call. No one has come back to me and my emails were totally ignored. I have today submitted a form via the website too (which was their very last option on the contact us page). This issue delayed the installation of my kitchen, so has been frustrating. I would avoid ordering from here again, however, it was the cheapest and only places I could find this exact style of extractor fan.

On 1 May I finally got a reply from trustpilot this hob broke down a long time ago so all this time they expected me to what (cook) and this problem is still not fixed not good

It was then explained you are trialing a new courier- Goods were delivered on time.
I feel I should have been proactively contacted about this.

apelson oven and hob order no SA729851

Purchased a new apelson oven and hob in November .Two weeks after fitting the oven stopped working.Had to wait three weeks for the part and an engineer to fit it.
Now 3 months later the grill doesnt work,Been waiitng four weeks for the part.In the meantime asked for a refund as the goods arenot fit for purpose.To get a refund I have to package and send the gas oven back.How do they expect a 66 yr old woman to disconnect a gas cooker and pack it up !.Customer service respond but only when its fairly straight forward,Now they have cancelled the appointment to repair the grill.Since asking for the repair to be carried out ,SILENCE ,even an email to the CEO Julian Hunter-Jones goes unanswered.

I can see that you had had a look into this. Under warranty it is for a repair which I can see you have gone for.
The repair is going ahead after there had been confusion and you had requested the repair gets cancelled to go for a refund. As we are repairing the oven we would not be able to refund to you on this occasion.
I can see your oven is getting repaired as originally requested.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Purchased a cooker hud and it was damaged already installed as saw the scuffs when hung. I asked for a partial refund all they gave was 10% when I spent £350+ on the item.
I had to get the kitchen fitter to remove it at an additional cosy payed by myself for an exchange. Didn't see the point of paying extra.
I brought product based on reviews.

Extremely poor customer service

Edit: Yes they are correct in the response, in that we were within the time for a response. HOWEVER what the issue was and why I requested a refund and not to take a replacement was due to the way I was spoken to by your customer service representative when I had asked a simple question in a polite manner. They didn’t deserve the business. Extremely poor customer service.
Ordered a 77cm vented hob. Arrived when expected just before our kitchen renovation. Fitters installed housing for the hob and electrician came to connect only to find it tripped the breaker. He tried another circuit and the same happened so he deduced this was the appliance at fault.
Emailed on that evening and made a telephone call the same day. The conclusion of that call was that a new appliance would be sent out that day with delivery 31/3 or 1/4. The original hob was out of stock so a replacement was sent - notably a more expensive one but no additional charge was made.
So far so good - or acceptable in terms of how things were dealt with and speed of resolving the problem.
31/3 and new job arrives - it had however taken a detour and arrived via another property half a mile away. The drivers recollected it from there when we rang them back to ask where they were (they had called to say they were on the way and we told them we were the first house they would get to - no, they went to the seventh house)! The replacement arrived and as soon as it was unpacked it was evident there was damage to this. Pictures supplied of the crack from corner to the middle vent of the hob.
Time being the essence I rang my appliances straight away to be told to email them and send pics of the damage. Did this and rang back. Was told these would be looked at. I stressed that we were time constrained due to worktop measuring etc and hob needed to be in situ. Was told someone would respond. No response from them so I called back to be told we were third in the queue for damages to be looked at. Gave it another two hours and called back as they hadn’t responded by email or telephone. Was told this time I was second in the queue for damages to be looked at.
When I said this wasn’t acceptable I was told basically ‘sorry you feel like that, goodbye’ and phone put down.
In that case I’ll raise a complaint with my bank for a refund and you can decide when you want to collect your two faulty hobs back. My new one will be coming from elsewhere and won’t ever recommend or use this company again.

We had tried to assist with this to get a replacement out by pallet due to the damage.
