Your order arrived July 1st via our free USPS shipping — just 3 business days after ordering, which is well within the 2–5 business day window outlined in our FAQ. If you'd ever like faster delivery, please reach out to us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate an expedited option. 📬

🔐 Account Access: We take any login difficulties seriously and immediately brought our developer in to look into it. So far no other customers have reported a similar issue, but we want to be absolutely sure before closing it out — we appreciate your patience while we work through this.
