Artisio sent me the wrong size, two times larger than ordered and the hoodie was not the same colors as the website picture. When I tried to return the hoodie for exchange or refund, they told me I had to pay for return shipping to Great Britain which would cost 2X more than the purchase price. Then they said they will only refund me 5% back and I could keep the oversized ugly hoodie they had sent. Huge scam, I deeply regret dealing with this company.

I purchased items from Artisio in good faith based on the images and descriptions shown on their website and Instagram. The website advertised a 14-day refund policy and a “satisfaction guaranteed” promise.

When the items arrived, they were nothing like what was advertised. The quality, materials, design, and overall appearance were completely different from the product images. The items were clearly misrepresented and not what I paid for.

I contacted Artisio within the refund period to request a full refund. They refused and instead offered either:
• a 15% partial refund, or
• a 60% discount to spend again on their website.

Both offers are unacceptable given that the products do not match the advertising. I rejected these options and requested a full refund, which they continued to refuse.

After looking online, I’ve seen many other customers reporting the same experience misleading product images followed by refusal to issue proper refunds. Several people have said the only way they recovered their money was through a bank chargeback.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before ordering. What is advertised is not what you receive, and resolving issues directly with this company appears very difficult.

Myartlike is a scam pls stay away from them. I wish I did my research before ordering from them. This was a huge learning lesson. What you order is not what you get‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I bought some clothing for my son as a gift . Out of 5 or 6 items, only one fit ( sizes are not aligned with what the real size should be)

I spent nearly 200 dollars.

The refunded only 15% or basically 28 dollars.
The items either I sent them back on my own money( even though the items are sized wrong) or eat the bill at the post office to send it!!!!

What a crap of a company!!!!

PKEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM! You will get clothes that don’t fit and then you will get stuck with them because they will not pay for you to send them back , not even 30%!!!!!

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I bought a $50 sweater. It came smelling like a moldy warehouse and was made extremely poorly with yarn unraveling. When I tried to return it, I found out that it was going to cost me $30 to return it. Not even worth it, so mad. Customer service is awful, they don’t care.

This is a complete sham of a company -AVOID - great marketing supposedly great deals shocking customer service, shocking delivery times, totally miss sold products extremely poor quality - worse by miles than Temu - it should be shut down by trading standards - STEER WELL CLEAR !!

This company is a scam. They send you products from China that are not the same as advertised online. When you email them asking for a refund, they stop responding to you. Don’t buy from them you will waste your money.

MyArtsio.com is a scam with fake “70% off” discounts. The items are nothing like the pictures, the material and quality are pure garbage. They buy junk from China for probably $5 and resell it for $50, pretending it was $150 before discount!! I regret wasting money on this seller.

I am an experienced shopper of quality products. MyArtisio.com fraudulently shipped me 4 pairs of cargo shorts made of 100% polyester when in fact the online images for the product were cotton spandex. The product did not match the online images. They should be embarrassed to have sent such poor quality and fraudulently substituting the fabric.
