Got exactly what i expected. Seller is friendly and doesn't talk like a programmed robot. The extra accessories come really handy (especially the valve extender). Fast response time and straight to the point. Very knowledgeable about what he is selling. Only downside was that delivery took 5 days instead of 2-3 but that doesn't matter :)

I'd been shopping around for the Xiaomi 365 Pro for a few weeks, and found myBestscooter to be the most affordable. The price listed is it, no additional delivery fees or tax.

Not having owned an e-scooter before, I had a few questions about maintenance, legality, security, and general questions about riding an e-scooter in the UK. I used the online chat function, and the customer service rep (Matt) was extremely prompt - and super helpful. He gave me all the information I needed and additional tips for the scooter.

The scooter was delivered within 48 hours and came with some free extras (a kick stand cover was the most helpful - so it doesn't scratch my wooden floors in my place). The first time I parked my scooter at a cafe, when I got it back, the kickstand cover had fallen off and I didn't want to trouble the staff to go look for it.

I had the chat window with myBESTscooter still open, so just asked if I could buy additional kickstand covers. Matt mentioned that they would be 3D printing new ones soon and to check back soon.

Two days later, I get 3 new kickstand covers in the mail - completely unexpected, and free.

myBESTscooter is a super reliable and decent operation. I wouldn't hesitate purchasing more tech/kit from them in the future.
