Too many peopleâŠ.customers need one person helping them
Itâs nice to have a budget company looking after our finances, but at times itâs frustrating because itâs a different person all the time. Why canât you hire people to look after several budgets at a time so we get the same person working on our budget along with us? My son is ADHD and he really needs someone to help him with his finances, but because there isnât that one on one help he would become frustrated and confused.
