Everything came as should when you order anything . Just happy for my nephews sake that he got what he asked for with any complication . Very good safe company to use .

Update to review, excellent customer service
I requested a missing piece to be sent to me and have not received anything regarding it. I am trying to finish my project and this is really unfair. I am going to have to spend money getting the missing piece from somewhere else. So sad.
UPDATES: The company finally reached out and have agreed to send the missing piece. They are also refunding me the additional price I paid on eBay for the missing piece since I did not hear from them. I have received so many compliments on my Yoshi statue and I’m so pleased with the company’s service and follow through.

Beautiful items and terrific customer service
The process to order was easy and quick. As soon as I placed my order, I received an email acknowledging the order and that I would be provided with tracking information. The tracking information came the next day, and the package was delivered in a timely manner. My Yoshi statue had all of the parts in separate bags with easy instructions to follow. I have almost completed all the steps, but am missing one piece. Reached out to the company and within a few hours they acknowledged my missing item and will be sending the needed piece soon. They have been great to work with and customer service is fabulous.

The set comes with a QR code to download the manuals, and if you’re unable to locate it, our support team can provide the link directly. I bought a product on December 11th…
I bought a product on December 11th that was supposed to take 10 days to arrive. Today, January 9th, I still haven't received my order. After several emails and a few apologies, it's been no use. I obviously won't be buying from them again.

We’ve already opened an investigation with the shipping agency on January 7 and are currently waiting for their result. We understand how disappointing it is to wait longer than expected, especially after multiple follow-ups. Please rest assured—if the package cannot be delivered, we will absolutely help with a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference. We will continue to follow up closely and update you as soon as we receive more information.
Sham policy for return/refund
On the website the return/refund policy is made to sound reasonable. They disclose that shipping costs will not be refunded; what they don't disclose is that the product must be returned to China! -- meaning that two thirds of the cost of the item will NOT be refunded, as that is how much it would cost to return it. I am left wondering if I would even get that one-third of the product cost back, after paying more than $85 to ship it back to China. This feels dishonest.

We’d like to clarify that return addresses do vary depending on the product. Some items are shipped from local warehouses and can be returned locally, while others are shipped directly from China, in which case returns do need to be sent back to China. This is based on where the item is fulfilled from, and we apologize if this was not clear enough at the time of purchase.
International shipping costs are unfortunately very high, and we also absorb a significant portion of shipping costs to fulfill orders. Because of this, we often try our best to help customers with replacements, partial refunds, or other solutions instead of requiring a return, whenever possible.
We’re sorry again for the inconvenience and for how this experience felt. Our goal is never to be misleading, and we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve how clearly we communicate our policies. If you’re open to it, we’d still be happy to look into your specific order and see if there’s a better solution for you.
