I like being able to speak with a mechanic about what I would like done to my car & then they follow through.
I like transparent quoting on prices.

Great support, friendly interactions, quick and reliable as always and awesome advice and aftercare always included with every service!

The staff were courteous and efficient, except one, who had not been trained into customer service either on the phone or at the counter.
The female mechanic who worked on my car picked up a couple of things needed to be done some urgent and explained the non - urgent will need to be looked at next service.

Was able to get my car looked at the next day after calling up with an issue. They were able to fit me in between others to have a quick look at the issue. The man who looked over my car was very knowledgeable with my make and model and caring enough to notice there was more work to be done on other parts of my car to keep it running and seemed genuinely concerned with the issue I originally brought it in for. Was able to schedule a time for everything to be done and was provided a quote for the costs. Overall, I’m happy with the attention to detail and care for the car that was provided.

I was disappointed that despite calling and booking my car in for a service it was not booked. Despite this my car was accepted and serviced with the staff being helpful and friendly.

The new manager took over bendigo store a few weeks ago, he fixed everything for me on my car. Great customer service

Great friendly professional and knowledgeable staff.

Went in with a tyre that might have a puncture but was not yet flat. Although only one staff member on just at that time, and a Saturday morning, the tyre was inspected and found to be worn on the inside, down to the metal thread. At no cost under the tyre care plan, the tyre was replaced with the spare. Then a quote to replace my Khumo tyres was given. I had looked around to replace the Khumo's as the first set lasted 4 years! Quote was best, as before, so I later had the 4 new Khumo fitted.

I had the front brakes replaced due to noises an scraping coming from front left hand side they had the car overnight due to being short staffed an had to wait for part to come never had any issues with any previous work I had done on either of the cars I had in for work always great friendly people an let you know if they find any other issues that may require doing

Friendly staff, said it would be finished at a certain time, it was.

I came in for a single tire change. Told that it would take 2-3 hours. 5 hours later someone else had to do it because the person responsible apparently had gone for lunch
