mycar Tyre & Auto - Braddon レビュー 

I had a full logbook service done at Mycar Braddon around three months ago, during which no issues were raised regarding tyre wear. However, during an interstate registration inspection just last week, I was told the car had failed because one rear tyre was well below the legal tread limit, and the other was close to failing too.

While I appreciate the issue being flagged during the inspection, I’m quite frustrated that no mention of tyre wear was made during the full service. It’s hard to believe the tyres deteriorated to this extent in just three months without any prior warning.

I felt like I was left with no choice but to replace the tyres immediately in order to complete the rego transfer on time, and it’s disappointing that this situation could potentially have been avoided with a heads-up during the log-book service.

I needed an urgent tyre repair. MyCar Braddon booked me in immediately, fixing the tyre quickly and professionally. When I went to pay I was told that it was such a quick, easy job that there was no charge! I was gobsmacked to say the least! I would not expect that they would do this often, but I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them for any future work on my car.

Good customer service. Issues with my vehicle clearly explained. No attempt made by mycar to add extra repairs etc to boost their revenue.

Arrived at Braddon store with 2 slashed tyres 1 hour before end of trade on a Saturday
Even though there were 2 tyres in stock the service guy wouldn’t help me because he said management had told him not to work past 12 noon under any circumstances and he had 3 cars ahead of me even though I was from Coffs Harbour and needed to get home
Was told the car would be ready at 10am on the Monday
We drove away at 11.30am.

Alex took me through the conditions of my Tyres and he gave me good options with his recommendations. I was super pleased and happy to get my Tyres installed. Well done and will be returning for any needs in the future

Alex in Braddon is a legend!
He perfectly explained what was wrong with my car with brilliant diagrams and a proper explanation. The fully itemised invoice was very reasonable. He's a humble, respectful young man who knows cars!! I'm new to Canberra but I won't be going anywhere else in future.
