My car is always well looked after by the team at Bull Creek. The manager is helpful and friendly. Always kept informed about their work and advised what needs to be done at a fair price

Good service from start to finish, very easy and convenient to book online, would definitely recommend.

The rear tyre of my delivery van ( I am a courier contractor) had developed a slow leak. After testing the valve and finding it wasn't leaking, I realized, it needed the attention of professionals. Mycar Bullcreek, were nearby, I had heard good things about them, so I dopped the van into them.
As expected, being a Monday, they were busy. I explained the situation to them. I need it fixed straight away, and as quickly as possible. Being off the road costs me money, but having a flat would stop me working.
The manager was really understanding of my situation and said , that although he couldn't do it straight away, he would attend to it in about 10 minutes time, fitted it in before the next job, and it shouldn't be long before I was back on the road.
I really appreciated it that the guys at Mycar didn't just fob me off, but rather, they looked for a way to help me out. Their service was excellent and their attitude great. Thank you MYCAR Bullcreek

talked to you guys about this noise my car makes on a full lock, they said it’s nothing even after they “test drove” it but yet the noise is still coming and didn’t bother checking what it was

Changing to the 80% spare tyre, we took the care and flat tyre to our local mycar, where we have received excellent service in the past. The cause of the flat tyre was a nail on the rim of the tyre, which meant it was irreparable. There was one suitable replacement available and it was fitted that afternoon. Great service.

Bull Creek Perth My Car are always available in a short space of time and friendly to boot. I had a value for money transmission fluid flush and replacement with filter done for my vehicle. It was cheaper by about 145 $ than the specialist dealership. Took slightly longer looking for the filter but that was no problem. Over all very happy. 4.5 star in my book. 5 star would include a vacuum and wash.

The fantastic team at mycare Tyre and Auto, analysed the problem of why my orange engine light was on and my car was idling roughly and barely moving. I thought the engine in my car was cooked! After replacing the spark plugs and coil, my Barina was as good as new and in record time.
These guys are superheroes-they should be wearing capes at work!

My Car Bull Creek had done the last two services on my vehicle as well as other repair work. The mechanic then had been polite and explained what was needed, how long it would take and the cost. All good.
I took the vehicle back to My Car for the next service and noticed a staff change After the service I was rudely told my vehicle had multiple problems and it would cost “around two grand” and I needed to replace the top radiator hose as it was about to burst
Just two days later the serpentine belt broke and left me stranded. This belt was worn but this had not been noticed at service. My repair bill for the belt and damage caused by its failure was $700. No other issues were diagnosed by my new mechanic despite the My Car estimate of work to be done of over $2000.
This, but mainly the rudeness of your employee, is why I will never use My Car again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.
