Excellent communication, price, and overall service. Highly recommend.

My car service was done with excellent care in a prompt and meticulous manner. Staff were friendly and provided suggestions suited best for my car.

I called into mycar Tyre & Auto (Burwood East) at approx 4.30 PM on a Wednesday with a leak in one of the tyres. The staff member was able to have the repair done and I was on my way before the Centre closed at 5.30 PM. The $49.00 charge for the repair and balancing of the tyre was worthwhile as we were coming up to Easter.
Have used them with my previous car tyres and will use them again.

I have received outstanding assistance in regards to flat tyre on Friday morning.

Booked here for a Roadworthy Certificate. Staff explained the process clearly and the work was completed with minimum drama.

The problem was regarding the replacement of the protective inner guard liner, which was not fastened securely. When I complained about it they agreed to have another look at it, but it has still not been secured properly. If there is some issue that is making it difficult to secure it properly then they should have explained that to me, but I have not been offered any explanation.

After my cooling system broke on my old Mazda 3 from 2008, Silvio called me "bad news, your engine is broken" offered me to replace it for another used one with a lower number of km on it for $5 to $6k. Double checked the diagnosis with Mazda. They said they are unable to tell if the engine is broken as they could not do all tests having the broken colling system. I had it then repaired with another free workshop, the engine is still ok and we are driving, we paid about $1k. Luckily we did not listen to mycar. We will never ever bring the car to mycar.
