Great service!
The manager is always helpful and goes out of his way to help with what I need for my car. Not only is the service great, the prices are too and I have confidence that I’ll never be overcharged unlike other mechanics and car services

Asked them to check smells in car when moving not there when car was parked and stationary! They thought it could be aircon filters between they checked it was mice/rats in the aircon a very awful mess to clean out! Car now running smooth and no smell!!

Prompt service despite being short-staffed. Positive, engaged customer service attitude. I was made to feel that they appreciated my business.

Making the booking was easy and staff very good communicators

Mycar Tyre & Auto Cairns were amazing. They took the time to explain everything to me, in a way that I could understand. They made me feel valued and and heard when talking about my issues.

Mark was professional and provided me with reasonably priced tyres in a super quick timeframe. Will definitely be going back to the Cairns store.

I have been having my car serviced her for 5 years and have never had a problem when Michael was the manager, he knew my car the minute I rang up to book it in for a service and the service they provided was above and beyond, different story yesterday I was told to arrive at 8.00am which is fine and that the car would be ready by 2.00pm, 90,000 km service which they insisted on even though the car only had 82,200 km on the clock.
When I had not heard back from them by 3.00pm I decided to go over to see if the car was ready only to be greeted by the manager Mark with the comments " your must be keen and oh your's is the VW Tiguam!!!
Mark then went onto to say we had trouble with the oil filter and air filter getting the right ones, three times they attempted to fit both filters incorrectly even though the serial numbers would have been on the previous reports and on the filters they removed, would you actually admit that you had the incorrect parts to the customer, maybe do your homework if you know you have a car coming in that has had previous services there and get the correct parts in for the day of the service.
When I finally got the car back around 4.00pm the computer settings had not been reset, asking if all tyres had the same tyre pressure and to confirm before driving on, I then went back into the office to ask if the tyre pressures had actually been checked only to be greeted by Mark saying " whats the problem now "
He them checked with the mechanic who said he had put 40 psi in each tyre, yet the correct psi should have been 36 if he had checked the manuel sitting on the passengers seat.
Said mechanic then took it for another drive around the block to check and re set everything that he should have set in the first place.
On getting back into the car the steering wheel was dirty and had grease on it, which I then had to clean with wet ones, absolutley no care taken with the inside of the car at all, no plastic covers on the seats or on the floor?
I was charged $175.00 per hour labour last year was $155.00 and I am still not sure if they charged me for the time it took them to actually get the filters correct???
All the mechanics that had been there for years and were brilliant have all gone and they now employ a team of Indian mechanics.
I will NEVER be taking my car there for a service again, the place is a circus and Mark is the biggest clown I have ever met, customer service zero.

I cannot fault these guys. The customer service is by far the best I have experienced here in Cairns. As a female, I am not made to feel like an idiot and Mark goes out of his way to ensure that you are looked after. I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know for great service and pricing. The absolute worst experience with this company. They took $1700 from me without fixing my car. An Indian guy working there at the Draper Street My Car shop told me they would order parts for my car and get my air conditioning sorted but instead lied about my cars condition and made me pay $1700. As soon as my car came out from their workshop it started overheating. Do not trust them they will rip you off. Very disappointed with their service.
