Excellent customer service. The staff are upright and honest from the start. If they find something that needs attention, they call you straight awat instead of just correcting the problem and charging you for it on top of what you booked in for.

We purchased 4 new tyres in January 2026, and got a puncture in May 2026.

We noticed on our original invoice that the purchase included a Tyre Care Plan.

We rang MyCar, booked in for a tyre repair, and we were happily surprised that the Tyre Car Plan Included Free Puncture Repair. The team showed excellent service with the tyre puncture repair.

It really increased the value of buying the tyres with MyCar.

Fix log book price no added charges rang to see if i wanted couple of other things done while my ute was there and did not push me for a sale.

Last minute Tyers went flat. The team at Capalaba was able to squeeze me into the repair without any fuzz. Great service!
