Excellent to deal with, honest reliable service which seems rare today, I'd recommend them without hesitation

I had my car headlights done and tyres checked. Staff was friendly, understood what I want done and service was efficient, and was done well and good price.
Thank you for good work that was done in a timely manner on a Friday afternoon.

My Car Carousel had my car for an entire day to replace 2front wheels, alignment, new battery and a service through Tristan who I have always dealt with and have had a great experience. After $845 the car was still pulling to the left, they put the wrong oil in and for some reason the revs were tampered with. Booked my car in (not with Tristan) for Mon 26th 10am and advised would be done by 1pm or he would ring. I advised I drive for a living and need to be working. Get here at 12:50pm to be told no alignment needed (we will see) and oil has not been done and would take another 2hrs because he's (made a point to tell me he's not from this store) on lunch, others had been booked in etc etc and i reminded him, I was also booked in. He said you can take the car and he won't fix it. I advised I'm not leaving and yous broke it so yous need to fix it. He then said I can't talk to him like that (both raised voices) and said I can leave. Not getting off the hook that easy! Asked for managers number to which he refused however will wait the 2hrs and never come back here again. If I could comment without a star I would have, this manager doesn't deserve one at all. Have also contacted consumer advice as well.

I was really impressed with the ease to book, drop off/pick up and the actual service yesterday. The car drove smoothly , the bill was exactly what I was quoted Tristan was helpful telling me where the bus stop was. Every part of the experience was easy. Thanks my car Cannington! Made my day!

The availability and help on a short time notice to change 4 tyres

Had a essential check up on Saturday they said everything was fine except for leakage on few other parts, but the battery was dead the day after.

In the invoice, they said checked battery as well.

Don’t really know what they had done on the service.

Cannot trust whole brunch and definitely not gonna come back again.

Warm welcome, listened then advised the price. Phoned me re updates on what needs to be repaired. Once agreed on price and work, the job was completed on time.

The people and service provided was excellent.

SCAMMER !! Worst experience ever My car was towed Away to my car in Carousel Cannington and kept over 3 days and was told by manager Scott he will let me know the cost to fix and upon checking with him he sent text message with F word and very abusive he spoke, I have the proof with me and he need to learn to talk to customers wrong guy in business and then he sent invoice for $3000 and in 10 min upon querying he changed to $2200 he is very dodgy guy so I can ended up fixing to take it some where else which only cost $1400 , so this is truth about this business! I will never ever go to my car … will also put this up in google review so customers are aware of this scammer. Will also load complaint about his text message sending to customers using foul language.. will load complaint in consumer protection and social media so he could name and shame …thanks

My booking was at 10am and I was to be at work by 11:30am and I was going to wait for the car. Manager said a few jobs are taking more time than expected and may need my car for a few hours. I said I would wait. Did an amazing job to fit me in and have me on my way by 11am. Cheers guys.

I am a long time customer and I am very happy with the team, every time they fix my car and then later I don’t have any problem with my car. I trust them and they are doing a great job.

I visited the MyCar branch in Carousel cannington last weekend for a regular service and Scott was just amazing. He was knowledgeable, informative and so friendly. The duration of the service was prompt and it was a pleasant experience.
