Really great service from start to finish

Things all went very well, just the WiFi was never connecting, it asked for email verification and each time you go get the OTP from the email and you come back to repeat the whole process again.

Staff are helpful and welcoming customers with smile. Excellent professional services.

Very fast and efficient, HOWEVER...
It would've been nice if they told me my car had finished it's servicing instead of waiting for me to call them to ask whether it was complete as I was waiting in the area.

We purchased tyres online and were upsold a vehicle inspection after entering our Registration Number, which we agreed to.

When we attended the store, a staff member at the store said we needed new wiper blades and that the car would not pass the inspection without it. I said that is surprising, given we had been driving the car all week in the rain and could see perfectly with little to no streaking at all and the wiper blades were only a year old.
I asked to be shown the wiper blades, the team member got the car and I tested the wiper blades. The front windscreen was spotless after activating the wiper blades, and the blades themselves had no damage at all. The rear window had 1 streak after the first use as the back window was dirty but had excellent visibility, and the blades also had no visible damage.
Despite the wiper blades being clearly functional, providing adequate visibility the staff member refused to pass the vehicle.
I explained that given the circumstances that MyCar was acting unreasonably and that it appeared to be a hard upsell tactic to sell me wipers.

I left the store and on the way home went to another inspection provider for a second opinion. They said that I did not need an inspection because the vehicle is under 6 years old, they also said the wipers were fine.

We were intentionally sold an inspection we did not need and were subjected to deceptive practices to try to force us to purchase additional products and services we did not need. I do not recommend MyCar Tyre and Auto at all.

Having drive the car now, a day after 4 new tyres were installed and a wheel balance and wheel alignment completed, it is evident that the wheel alignment was not done at all or completed without proper skill and due diligence. Now when the tyres are straight the steering wheel is off centre.

It is best to avoid Mycar Tyre and Auto, they intentionally mislead consumers for the purposes of improving profits.

Service was done in the time they said it would.
Difficult to say how good it was because everything was normal.
The technician answered a few questions I had.

They fixed my problem on the spot. No need to book an appointment. Very grateful. :)

Staff were super friendly and helpful. I had an urgent tyre repair and they took care of it within an hour from initial enquiry to me driving out with new Pirelli tyres. Highly recommend

Fixed my problem with a minimum of fuss. Friendly staff.

Just moved to My Car with the first service on the van. The experience has been very good so far. Sorted out what needed doing, didnt try and oversell, the work was done quickly and the bill was much better than previous mechanic. Hopefully all continues this way.
