Customer communication is direct with the service manager, not via non-tech intermediaries. The workshop is visible and everyone appears busy and happy. The service menu is simple. Communications are clear.

I purchased 4 brand new tyres last August this year. It’s not cheap. It cost me $329 per tyre and paid for wheel alignment for $89. Almost 3 months my front tyres was totally worn out. While I was driving my car pulled me to the left side and I went to the other mechanic because my friends advice me it’s to do with wheel alignment. I went to the other mechanic to checked the car and he told me my tyre was badly worn out. I was shocked because I just bought it. The guy advice me to send it back to my car Chermside for hoping I could claimed the warranty of the tyres. I spoke to the manager name is Scott. He is not a good person to talked to at all…He told me my 2 lower arms was broken. It cost me another $1200 for their on fault. It seems they forgot to do the wheel alignment or if they did it, not adjusted it properly. Scott told me he will replaced the tyres worn out, a brand new. But his lying. It’s a scam! He replaced the tyres but second hand only and polished it to looks new but not brand new! Be careful of them specifically the women like me, don’t know about car.. We trust them to fix it to have peace of mind unfortunately, not all mechanics are serving well their customers. They are dodgy. Appalling behaviours and i will never go back to them MY CAR Chermside. That manager Scott should be sacked!

I had a tyre problem that the team immediately addressed on an extremely hot busy day! They not only efficiently fixed and refitted my tyre but I didn’t realise that it was covered under the MyCar plan, so it was under warranty! Wouldn’t have realised if they hadn’t told me! I’m so grateful for their service and integrity!

I left my car with them to be serviced. I didn’t mention check your oil message on the dashboard but when the claimed that the oil has been checked I mentioned about the message still being there. They were very defensive and got annoyed with me!

The MyCar team at Westfield Chermside are excellent. Above and beyond with their customer service and extremely thorough and knowledgeable in their servicing of vehicles. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car, by far the most excellent team.
