I had a service as part of my booking today and the paperwork said there was a vehicle inspection taken before the service and I have one headlight globe and one brake light globe that wasn't seen or tended too leaving me questioning if the inspection was done properly

Smooth service and communicated well with what needed fixing and would could wait.

I was regularly provided with updates on the progress of the work and the expected costs throughout the day. Then all work was completed and I was able to collect the vehicle at the end of the day.

Team were polite and professional. They answered all my questions and explained what and why things had been done.

I felt that they are over priced for jus the service alone. Replacing the engine oil doesn't cost $300! Then when i called to book in for the service they said it's a major service will cost me about $1.2K (always the case) to which i refused. After i put my car in for service they called and said my car have major issues and will cost me about $2k just to fix this is not including the service, this include replacing the battery which i had it replaced last year by the same place. What a rip-off! MyCar at Churchill used to be great but i think they've changed owner and now it's just simply bad!

I booked my car in at the beginning of June to have 4 tyres fitted on the 30th of June giving over 3 weeks to have the tyres ready. I dropped my car off and nothing was mentioned about missing tyres. I was told to come back at 12 to pick my car up and was told then that one tyre was missing and manager had gone to get one from another store. I then had an extra 30 min wait. This was not very good customer service and I would be reluctant to return to this store.
