I had a great experience. After having an emergency with my car and having to ring them within the same hour. The team was willing to provide service with very little notice. Efficient with their work !!

Being pensioners, at this time costs are very important. Car was ready on time and work fully explained. Had discount applied and price was as quoted with a debrief of what’s going on with our car for future reference. Thanks guys.

The boys at MyCar Clifford Gardens looked after our car and gave us some great advice on tyre tread and patterns. My wife tried two lots of tyres deciding on a brand and they were very helpful in ordering and fitting the new tyres as quickly as possible (hint: go for the Continentals). I had to do a bit of chasing up to get an ETA on the new tyres, which is to be expected, and the friendly staff were more than happy to oblige. Keep up the good work boys!

Reliable and quick, great and timely

I cannot recommend MyCars Clifford Gardens Toowoomba more highly. We usually go to a Mycar in Brisbane but had a breakdown in Toowoomba. Rang this place. They couldn't be more helpful and juggled things to get the car repaired on the day. I had rung a number of other places but these guys went out of their way to help. The price and service were excellent and the explanations clear and professional. Wish they were closer for our regular service requirements.

Great customer service, honest and the work they do is always a great noticeable job.

Wrong tires were installed on the car. When I called to query the tires that put on the vehicle and why the tires were rubbing on the hubs when cornering when I had a full car I was told it was because I had too much pressure in the tires. Obviously this was ridiculous and I pointed out so you want me to let air out of the tires each time I have all the seats filled. I pointed out that I thought they were different and the car had previously had lower profile tires. I asked what tires were supposed to be on the car and was quickly shot down that the correct tires for the car had been installed. I was then told to bring the car back and I said that I have a job and couldn’t get it to them.

I called tirepower who had previously changed the tires and they were helpful and let me know the spec for the tire that was supposed to be on the car and that I could check for myself.

I then called again to mycar to get the spec of the tire that was placed on the car and this call I was given the specs for the tire that should have gone on the car and yes the specs were the same as that given to me by tirepower.

I walked down to the car and with my car on the phone I read out the specs of the tire that had been installed and yes it was the incorrect tire as I had suspected

I took the car back for changing of the tire and I did not get even a sorry for the mixup. Or the eating of my workday waiting for the fix. When I was called to collect the car I arrived and there was no one on the front desk. After waiting 5 minutes I then had to yell out to see if anyone was in the back room and then yell to a person in the shop to see if I could collect the car. I was handed the keys then they spun and walked away.

I understand mistakes happen and I run a customer facing business but it’s how you deal with them that makes the difference. Unfortunately I came away from these multiple interactions extremely frustrated and made to feel this was my problem. Turns out my queries were valid but being dismissed over the phone with the tire pressure and the tires were correct was extremely frustrating and each time I called I got the sense - why is he calling?

Wouldn’t recommend this location as seem to be short of people and customer service is lacking.
