Ty and the team at mycar never steer me wrong when it comes to taking my car in for a service and a check. Work is always completed to high standards and is always upfront about the work that needs doing, the time frame for when the work will become critical and there is never any hidden charges. Will always go back

They made my life so easy, they not only serviced my car but go above and beyond. They are pretty good with prices and very good at communicating

The manager, (Ty), is very knowledgeable, polite, patient with my questions and queries, explains things well which teach me knew things, always polite when talking to customers, and delivers on quoted finish times. If it's not automotive electrics or smash repairs, I always use Mycar Clifford Gardens for my car's tyres, services, and component replacement for restoration and preventative maintenance purposes.

Car was booked in for a 90000km service. Used the website to obtain pricing and called to book advising the price the website had said. Dropped car off and received a phone call shortly thereafter to say the service was going to be $1100 which was in excess of $600 more than what was quoted online. Advised them when they called that was not was quoted to be told yeah there’s something wrong with the website. Car was already there so agreed to continue with service. Picked the car up, took off down the road and my bonnet was left open and unlatched. Parked the car in the garage only to come out a couple of hours later to find all over the ground. They had not cleaned the drip tray after changing the oil. Phoned to complain and the advice was they’d give me some degreaser. I also had a wheel alignment and rotation on top of the quoted service price, 2 of my tyres had been dragged around the cement clearly and not even wiped off. Will not return or recommend

Ty and his team are amazing they did everything they could to help and always do they above and beyond and the customer service is amazing can’t fault them at all

I arrived without an appointment to fix a punctured tyre.
Even though they were short staffed, they managed to book my car in and have the tyre repaired, within an hour.
Great service and friendly staff!

Had an appointment scheduled for last week Tuesday. I was scared it was gonna take 1-2 days minimum but I was wrong. Dropped her off at 12pm, was called at 3:45 to come pick it up.honestly, I was impressed at the quality and speed of work carried out on my vehicle. Thanks guys

Not welcoming, attitude like they doing free service
Even service is not good, seems
like nothing much done in my car service but changing engine oil.
Car service included lot of things but not even tyre air pressure was checked.
I don’t recommend this place

Ty and the Team at Clifford Gardens were very helpful, the price was competitive, and the included post service support (free puncture repair, rotation etc) is a great bonus.
