I received a call from Richard that made clear what work they would do and what the cost would be. They always ask for permission before undertaking any unplanned work on my vehicle. Very honest and upfront.

Had a problem with idling after I got my car back. When I took it back in, they promptly found the problem and rectified it.

Customer service was friendly, informative as to what needed repairing.

Early morning on Thursday, I found a nail in my tyre on my way to Geelong. Luckily, I found a mycar shop on my way to work. The guys at the repair shop fixed my tyre within minutes and saved me the trouble of being stuck on the road.Thank you mycar for being friendly and for your prompt service.

Easy booking and great customer service

today i had a bit of accident hit a gutter in my car as i was entering the second stori car park .I ultimately nearly ripped the exhaust off the nice gentlemen from My Car & Auto fixed it up enough to safely drive till i get it to exhaust specialist thank you guys so much cant thank you enough.

I took my car in for a service with Richard yesterday. I appreciated how quickly I could book my car in and how well Richard explained what he was doing and what was needed.

I always appreciate a mechanic who will point out future issues and be honest about when they need to fixed. (I needed to get my front brake pads fixed, but the back brake pads are showing wear but don't need to be replaced yet.) I also liked that Richard called me to explain the necessary work before doing anything that would increase the cost of my service.

The service was great. Hassle free and Richard was happy to answer any questions I had.

I'll definitely be coming back here for my next service.

I booked my new tyres on the website. Booked in at 1000 and the app said it would be ready by 1130 but it was 1230 before it was ready
