After a car accident my car’s wheels were out of alignment. John went out of his way to fit us in at late notice. He found that our taillight wasn’t working and fixed that too. My car now drives really well and I’m so grateful for his professionalism and attention to detail!

Got treat like a clueless female and told I needed to wait 3 to 4 hours to have two tyres changed.

I booked my car in for 2 new tyres. I forgot to attend my appointment at the allocated time. I rang to reschedule, thinking I’d have to wait till the following week but the staff organised it for later on, the same day! Tyres were done within timeframe promised. Staff were wonderful. Fantastic customer service! I got my Flybuys too! I’ll be back!

They fixed my car thoroughly they kept in touch I knew what was going on they gave me a quote and stuck to it. I needed a new pipe in petrol tank they worked tirelessly to get it done and they didn’t disappoint me at geenhills mycar I would highly recommend them highly.

I took my pathfinder to replace the front right CV drive shaft.
Work done as agreed upon, great price and warranty.
Excellent customer service leading up to the booking.

When I got my car back, i noticed the check engine light on the drive back. I took it back to them and the scanned it and it came back with a transmission fault. I was told to get it checked by someone else as they didn't touch the transmission. Eventually I got it scanned from somewhere else and it fault could be cleared up. Hasn't come back yet. Maybe their tech should have tried clearing up the error first, rather than just going to reception straight up and diagnosing the fault which didn't even exist.

Overall experience was good, I may go to them again and also recommend them to others. Its just the inconvenience of going back to them due to some tech's carelessness, due to which I'm giving them a 4 star rating
