I won’t get my car service due to bad experience with them.

I’m still receiving requests to review and still haven’t received a tax invoice as requested and told it would be emailed to me. I then asked what email address they had as I hadn’t provided one. I then provided and all I’ve seen is requests to review where’s my tax invoice?

I had a bit of an emergency, and the team managed to accommodate the repairing of the vehicle inside 6 hours of having gotten their hands on them. Very helpful mechanic shop, as has been the case for years now. Keep up the good work!

Fast , friendly , great experience

Had my car serviced there recently. Very clear communication, not pushy at all and made sure I understood trade offs on optional fixes. Would definitely recommend.

Front desk man? wasn't aware I would be in at such time, even though I had a booking, lacked any customer service, personality, for a mechanic I guess that's what one should expect.
Chatting to a mate on my return, whilst I was allowed to wait to get about my day.
This was for a booked puncture repair, I was told it would take up to 1 hour, it took 1 hour and 3/4, no need to be in a hurry, kind of like booking with a doctor these days.
However, tyre fixed at a reasonable cost.

Great service friendly and informative.
