Great staff at the Garden City outlet. They responded to my request for prompt service to minimize my wait. The mechanic who did my service made many notes about work done or work soon needing to be done. A thorough piece of work all-round.

They did excellent service. Quick and great job. Also helped me fix the general slacky acceleration response of Jeep. I'm more than happy to bring my car back onwards. Cheers

This is the second time we’ve taken my mother-in-law’s car to My Car Garden City, and once again, we’re very happy with the service! This time they replaced the brake pads, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Simon and the team were friendly, professional, and kept us updated throughout the process. The car drives perfectly now, and it’s great knowing she’s safe on the road. Really appreciate their consistent quality and honesty.

I really love the customer service (and the work at this shop). I usually with communicate with Nathan and Simon, who are always really warm, transparent about pricing and happy to explain what was happening with my car. Simon in particular is really funny and just a general pleasure to be around. My car seems to be working the way it should, for a reasonable cost, and with great customer service. Overall a great experience. Thanks, guys!!

Booking was good. Tyre replacement was good. What really threw me off was the attitude of the guy in the reception area. So unfriendly and not willing to listen.

Serviced my Toyota Yaris yrs recently. Very friendly reception at Westfield Mt Gravatt.

Did a 80000km service a noticeable difference in the drive of the car. Very happy with their service.

Amazingly kind and helpful service! My tire pressure warning was on, so I stopped by. They not only fixed it for free by adding air but also took the time to teach me how to do it myself. 10/10!

Quick, polite

My tyres for replacement didn't get ordered since last 4 week. I had to go with what was available on stock. Also the guy on the counter last week Saturday didn't put our car rego number in westfiled website and we had to pay fees while exiting westfiled garden city after 5 hours. This is common sense if you have a car for servicing, rego number needs to be entered. Disappointing with the way counter guy interact with the customers.

During the service, they noticed one of the front wheel mounts needed replacing and advised on replacing it. Which was done.

Easy booking procedure and was able to get a last minute appointment. Very professional and efficient service.
