Serg did a great job. He was super polite, knew his stuff, and handled the maintenance perfectly.

I liked the convenience of having MyCar near work. For my car log book service they had the car the whole day and only informed me after 4pm that they wanted to keep it overnight, leaving me with little to no chance of arranging alternative transportation back home. This is the second time it happened. The price they quoted for replacing brakes was also well above average compared to other places. I will think twice before returning any time soon.

My car was being used inappropriately as a result of reckless behaviour from a staff member. His actions and behaviour was intimidating and disgusting. The serious misconduct has been reported to head office.

We’ve been going to Mycar Tyre & Auto Kellyville for four years and were generally happy, but our most recent experience was very disappointing.

Our car initially failed a pink slip due to a windscreen chip. We had it professionally repaired as advised, but when we returned Sergio refused to pass the car, despite the repair technician confirming it met safety standards. He was also quite rude during the interaction.

Because the pink slip was due that same day, we had to find another inspector at short notice and pay an extra $100. The car passed immediately with them.

After four years as customers, we won’t be returning.

Extremely friendly, accommodating and understanding. Had a last-minute request for roadworthy test and they accommodated the request with kindness. They were also flexible towards customer's timing and logistical situation, with solution-orientated conversations. They could have just declined or rescheduled, but helped the customer in need.

The tyre change was done with out much fuss

Excellent customer service including technical us to understand, moreover timely deliver of my vehicle on time , nice clean and all safety measures taken in the reception area.
