I had an excellent experience getting my car serviced at My Car Auto! The staff was professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job. Communication was clear and easy from start to finish, and my car was ready right on time as promised. It is great to find a place you can truly trust — I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!

Sergio Moralla and the team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They are attentive, friendly, and genuinely care about providing high-quality service.

I wanted to change the brake pads. The manager advised the disc is also to be changed. On checking with him, found there was hardly any erosion, so there was no need. But he insisted, so I declined. One of his assistant advised that disc is to be changed everytime the break pads need renewal. That’s ridiculous and seems to rip off the customers who are innocent and do not have technical knowledge. Would raise it further in public review platform.

No fuss, was booked within 4 days of calling. Car looked after. Air con working nicely after re-gas and seals replaced. Dealt with Wayne throughout the process.

I went in on a Black Friday afternoon tyre change which had been a booked service, waited about 90 mins and then took my car back because they were too busy. They said people were on sick leave.
Booked again for the ensuing Tuesday, told I would be first cab off the rank, but the people on the front desk did not know about this.
Received car about 70 mins later - completed.
When the car was returned I asked the guy who had just driven it around the block whether all the tyre pressures had been checked he ignored me before going to the front desk.
It’s a small matter but I was quoted $589 for two tyres and alignment and balancing but was charged $593. Told the guy at the front desk what I was quoted but still paid $593. I didn’t want to make a scene over $4 but the principle was wrong.
This was a really disappointing experience - it never happened when Mark was at the front desk.
I was also disappointed because I gave a Wayne a glowing recommendation on your public page only to have this bad experience.
Oh also, on the morning of my Friday tyre change I had been contacted about my car saying my wife had dropped it off and they wanted to check something.
I told them my car was in my garage and I don’t have a wife. He gave the car rego to me and I told him that was my rego but my car was in my garage and I should know best.
The young man was extremely confused and then apologised reluctantly.
I thought how unprofessional is this.
