Great customer service, and everything was done to my full satisfaction. mycar at Kippa Ring followed up on my request, booked me in and got my car ready first thing in the morning.

They were very honest re which service I should have. Rang and spoke with me regarding tyre issues and gave me a detailed explanation. They were friendly and with the additional job they were timely.

Friendly and efficient

Disappointed with the overall service. I dropped my car off at 8.00am and I had to call at 4.30 to see if my car was ready for collection.
I had new rear shock absorbers fitted and there is now a constant rattle on the left hand side. I returned the car to Mycar and he has told me that it is the outer casing of the strut and there is nothing you can do about it. I’m sorry but that rattle was not there before so why should I have to have a rattle now.
I have since done a bit of research and I believe that the wrong struts have been fitted, not only have I got the rattle but it has lifted the rear end of the car up and has affected the reading on my petrol gauge. They are certainly not the struts suitable for a Mazda CX5
Would you please email me the type and model of the struts fitted so I can pursue this matter further.

On 19/11/25, MyCar Tyre & Auto at KippaRing performed repairs on my Ford Fiesta while I went shopping. I was notified by text upon prompt completion of the repairs. The price was as quoted. The staff member was friendly and helpful in explaining what took place. I recommend this business and I'll be back for future services.
