More like 4.5 stars. I found Damian the manager’s customer service on both my visits very helpful and accomodating, and he went over and above the call of duty despite how busy it was at the time. The other staff member who dealt with me the second time equally so.
The added option of bringing your car in at a time that suits rather than having to get it there first thing is very consumer-friendly when we lead busy lives. The only small things I would mention is that upon initial inspection the third tyre needing replacing wasn’t picked up hence I had to make two visits instead of one, and I wasn’t asked the first time by the manager for my FlyBuys when paying either -and being a new customer I was not aware of this option. However, I am very happy😊

I rang MyCar today and spoke to Jaz regarding if he could help in connecting my phone to my car through Bluetooth. He said pop up and I'll have a look.....so I did. I had rang several auto electricians thinking they could help and no-one wanted to. Jaz connected it with no problems at all he made it look so easy and he also tuned my radio stations. Yes I'm a little challenged when it comes to technology so you can imagine I was so grateful. So my experience was totally unrelated to a service etc but it was a great experience. Thanks Jaz

During logbook service, parts needing attention were brought to my attention. After 2 weeks (bits ordered), I returned to get repairs done. Professional n efficient, thank you!

Service carried out on time as always. Always good advice. Never overselling or making stuff up. I have used MyCar for years now, at 3 different locations and it's always the same. Reliable and professional.

My car was requested at a certain time and a pick up time was given to me however the time the car was serviced and ready for me 1 hour before the given time. The staff were very polite, helpful, explained everything and let me know what would need to be done shortly

My booking for Fri 23 May sent to me via the branch manager, was not shown on the daily tasks. Whilst the gentleman on reception said they could fit me in, it was with some initial denial. I then showed him the email, and my car was managed well. I get it sometimes the customer will have the wrong day or time, but don’t treat them as if they are wrong when they are not. I’ve used KR service centre for 3 years now and do regular work there, I’d hope they’d trust me next time!
