Amazing experience would go there again

Previous experiences were good, but this time it was totally different,
On 13.03.2025, the front and rear brakes of my Outlander were repaired by Knox mycar (VIC) shop and it took about 8 hours. Along with that, they told me over the phone that the wheel alignment should also be done. Accordingly, it was also done and given to me within the relevant 8 hour period and a total amount of about $1.6k was charged. However, at that time, a report related to the wheel alignment was not given to me and I also did not take it much care.

However, the brake repair was done very well. But, after driving for about three days, I realized that the wheel alignment of the vehicle was not done properly. Therefore, I called them about a week later and requested that I be given a date to re-inspect the fault. Accordingly, after another 5 days, i.e. on 25.03.2025 at 2.30 pm, I got the appointment. However, after taking the vehicle at the appointed time, that person basically denied my problem (saying that such a thing could not happen). Then he roughly checked it and said that it would take 2 hours (in my experience, other companies have done a wheel alignment within an hour) to fix. When I took the vehicle back after two hours, he stated in an accusatory manner that there was a major defect in it(aligjnments) and that such a thing could have happened due to an accident I had. But I firmly know that no such problem had happened to me during the relevant period. However, I was given an alignment check report that day.

Looking at this whole incident, it is clear to me,

They have charged me money without aligning the wheel on 13.03.2025,

Then they have wasted my time and treated me very poorly and have restored it to its good condition.

They have accused me in order to cover up their mistake without admitting their fault.

Considering all this, I have decided not to do any business with this Knox MyCar shop again.

From this whole case, they have shown sign of fraudulent charging, very poor customer service, poor communication, and wasting customers' time. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Found the staff helpfull and ordered the tyre I needed and told me when it would be there and to just call in to get it fitted

Really quick and honest - they noticed my car didn’t need part of the scheduled service so the price was reduced accordingly- really appreciated!
