Great service. They did what was requested and informed me of one other thing that needed to be done, asking my permission before going ahead with it. Friendly and helpful staff.

Stock availability was tight but they were able to locate and order tyres for installation at the North Narrabeen store. A quick turnaround just before Christmas holidays and good advice from the store manager John. Thanks and Merry Christmas!

My first car service with mycar I’m happy with it as they told me how much it cost and what they’re going to do and also keep me informed about the service.

John is always easy and helpful to deal with. Informs me what needs to be done with actuate price and timing.

Very professional, wanted to provide the best option. Tyre change done on time and we’ll.

Service wasn't completed correctly, the oil filter was loose. Oil leaked during engine running and left huge oil patch in my driveway. Had to arrange to return the car and get fixed again.

Really odd attitude from the person when we dropped off the car. When I asked to confirm what time to pick up the car he replied “I have no idea.” When I mentioned that when I did an online booking it offered pickup times and I selected 12pm. He said he didn’t know anything about how that worked but I would hear later when it would be ready. Very blunt and disinterested.
Later when the car was inspected I was called and told the fuel filter that I picked when booking the service was the wrong one and the right one would cost an additional $40. I explained that I did not choose the fuel filter type, I just chose the service type. He again said he didn’t know how the website worked. Given the continuing attitude I said I would not be paying for extra and would only pay for what was quoted online.
When I picked the car up I was flatly told that the computer system was down and they couldn’t give me a receipt. No explanation that I would be emailed one when it worked - which i did get later.
Such a disappointing and to be honest annoying customer service and experience.

John and his team provide excellent service and listen to client requests. My recent trip to the south coast and snowy regions in August was without concern. I had confidence in my car from the detailed service and it’s a great feeling knowing you have trust and safety when travelling long and at times, challenging conditions.
