I know it wasn’t there fault but my car was in-for a service and it took 8 hrs

Easy, straightforward service. I had the basic service, and they addressed the two specific issues I asked about.

Shout out to Mick at MyCar Orange after my cars recent drama. He kept me in the loop through the whole process, was very thorough checking and fixing all my concerns. Great initiative, and very personable whilst still being professional!
I’ve been coming here for a little while now and will never use another mechanics. Can’t recommend the team at Orange enough.

The team at the Orange store were professional and courteous and very sympathetic in regards to my problem with my car.

My car was booked for the essential plus service. I had to take it back as they did not conduct the tyre rotation that was included and they have left the engine bay a mess oil splashed throughout even on the radoator and bull bar apart from that everything else was okay

The person in the office was very helpful and pleasant to deal with

Great service and professional technicians. Knocked my service over in a couple of hours and informed me of future work needed for my car

I dropped my car off at 8am and was told that my car would be done first as I explained that I needed to get to work, I was told it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours to do. It took 3.5 hours to fit 4 tyres. Next time I will take the day off so I don't need to rush to work.

I booked in at 9.30am with a pick up time at 11.45am. On returning at 12.15pm with my 2 young kids was told my car hadn't been done and wouldn't be ready until 3pm. I asked why have a book in and pick up time at all if it was not followed? I was offered to come back tommorow but said I really didn't want to go thru it again with my 2 kids wandering around the shops for 3+ hours again. The guy then said they could do the work then and now and to give an hour, half an hour later received a txt that my car was ready. My car dosnt feel the same after the service. And at the very least the work carried was rushed and makes me feel not completed well.

Professional and practical

After breaking down in the middle of nowhere during Xmas week, My Car Roadside assist did an excellent job to arrange a tow and get me to the closest My Car mechanic. The guys at My Car Orange jumped straight in to looking for the problem and within 2hrs the car was on the road again. Thanks My Car for saving My Xmas.

The service was carried out efficiently.
But, I almost went elsewhere due to the fact I called 4 times over 3 different days before someone answered the phone. I wanted to know the price for a service.
