Able to fit me in on Friday for a Monday tyre replacement, balance and rotate. Timely service and good communication/service delivery times.

Very profesional attitude from the personel involved, who are very dedicated to provide clear and accurate advise.

I am not one that usually does this but a simple 2 tyre replacement, ballance and alignment on our Hyundai Iload van turned out to be a real shit fight.
Van was left with them to get the job done while we had lunch, all good.

The first time on the motorway after getting the job done the steering was shaking like hell, I went back and was asked to bring it back the next morning. ( Waste 2 hours of my Saturday and lose wages from work )
I was told a weight had slipped and they had fixed it.
The next day I had the same problem and saw that it had thrown the new weight off.
So my fourth visit to them I was told I would have to wait and hour and a half for someone to look at it.
Luckily a nice guy named Lochie came out and was apologetic and got onto it, put a weight on the inside of the rim instead, smart man.

Now driving the van it still does not feel right and steering is shaking so I guess another weight has slipped or the alignment was out.

This was at the Orion Springfield store.

Not going back a fifth time, I will go somewhere else and pay someone to do the job properly.

Never again going to this place, sorry to say.

Staff members were friendly and professional however when i went to collect my vehicle after the service there was a list of things apparently needing to be done and I was surprised nobody rang me to ask whether any of the things could be done that day. Also, when I got home I noticed the sticker advising when next service was due had not been replaced.

I booked a big service because the car had not had one for 70,000Klm. Instead I got an oil change and a list of things to do when I rebooked. We were too busy.

I have done car service for my mazda cx 5 and I am impressed with customer service.

No hidden fees at all!

My car also got covered complimentary road side assistance which is really peace of mind for me.

Was not impressed with the service report. When I collected the car I noticed there were no comments on the invoice. I asked if there were any callouts considering this was a major service only to get a shrug of the sholders and told "No idea, the mechanic did not write anything down." There was also no report of if a tyre rotation was performed, condition of the tyres or the brake pads.

The front counter. The Manager was very helpful. Great Customer service. Great staff.

Customer service is exceptional. They always call and explain in detail what’s involved with a repair. They explain any cheaper options and if the repair is needed immediately. Have had new tyres, services and repairs and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Service was amazing and efficient

I was told I can't do the alignment for the 4 tyres I bought which was fine but then remembered I was charged last time for the alignment in this very same branch (Springfield) so asked about that and was told that they lied to me and didnt do the alignment back then . I was told alignment was done and was lied to . That's why my tires were unevenly worn out so quick , I expect a compensation as for the tires that were worn off so quickly. Very disappointing and even criminal!!! Would chase it up as this has put my life and my insurance at risk should some accident had happened!!! Bad experience!!!!
