Always great service.

From the customer service team on the phone to the service staff I have never been so well treated. The staff from Sunnybank hills store who waited till right on close to replace my tyre, to the staff on the phone chasing around trying to find me a tyre and the lovely staff st Browns plains taking my calls I could not be more grateful. It’s nice to know that there are still some people out there willing to help when your an older female with a flat in a storm with no spare and no idea. Thank you My car Tyre and Auto

Good service and quick turn around makes me choose MyCar since around 2004 when the name was different, but same quality and skills.

Puncture repair done on the same day as dropped off. Would have been 5 stars if I hadn't had to point out that the repair was under warranty.

Staff were amazing, they were very friendly.
They explained in detail the problem and how they would approach the repair.
So happy I started taking my car to Sunnybank Hills.
I would totally recommend them to anyone.

The service is great. I am a Pensioner and knows nothing about cars. I have been going to Mycar for years and trust the staff to do an honest professional job on my car. They also explain to me, in terms I can understand what needs to be done on my car.

Today my partner went to inquire about a quote for repairing a nail in my Mazda's tire. While there, he asked the service staff to check his Tesla's tires (which he driven there). The staff informed him the Tesla's rear tires were severely worn and needed rotating to the front, followed by a full wheel alignment. So he left the car with them and went for his physical therapy session. When he returned, the staff told him the rotation couldn't be performed - yet he'd still done the wheel alignment. My question is: If the rotation wasn't possible, why did he perform the full wheel alignment???

Excellent service, prompt, efficient and friendly. It's reassuring to leave your car with people you can trust and have every confidence in.

I recently had a service done and had a great experience....from the time to making the booking to throughout the very transparent servicing procedure. Everything was clear and both the Car drop off and pickup was very smooth. Would definitely recommend them to others, and i will be going back in future as well.
