I booked my Tesla Model Y in at mycar Tyre & Auto Sunshine for a tyre rotation. The driver's side glass was completely intact when handed over. After waiting in-store, I received my keycard, walked straight to the car in their bay, and immediately found a giant top-to-bottom split across the glass with a clear central impact point.

When reported on-site, staff claimed it "arrived like that" but admitted they do no pre-service intake inspections, take zero entry photos, and have no workshop CCTV.

I escalated to Corporate Customer Care with Tesla camera footage and photos. Within two hours, Senior Customer Care Coordinator dismissed the claim, stating their mechanic claimed it was pre-existing, and that a store manager looked at a photo and decided it "appears to show stone damage."

Under Australian Consumer Law and Bailment Law, a business taking custody of a vehicle owes a duty of care to return it in the condition received. Expecting customers to accept that a mechanic noticed a massive split on a driver's door glass, took zero photos, said nothing, and proceeded to work on the vehicle—while mycar relies on guesswork to deny liability—is appalling customer care.

Exceptional customer service , Callum was able to fit my car in for new tyres , although already busy and understaffed at the time .He also gave good advice regarding types of tyres appropriate for my car with follow up care plus warranty's. Highly recommend for tyres and future car servicing

We had a problem with the car's gear system. We left the car in their parking lot on Friday night. The next morning, we gave them a call and dropped off the keys. We got a call back on Wednesday morning. They didn’t find anything wrong with the car, but a few small issues were recorded. The mechanic was very "switched-on".

Ordering and booking in the website was easy. They followed up with a call to check if I wanted a wheel alignment which i did. Tyres were very affordable. Staff were friendly and the support for the duration of the tyres looks a good deal. Would recommend mycar for tyres.

Amazing experience. From front desk to the boys at the back. 10/10 looked after me and my baby, brand new brake kit. Great price! The confidence of the brakes for life program. Ran me through all the steps. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Would recommend.

Layla was very easy to deal with and was very up front. My car was ready same day and havent had any problems.

Great service and customer experience

Scheduled my 90,000 km logbook service online to take advantage of one of mycar’s amazing promotional offers. Layla was absolutely fantastic from the moment I dropped off my car to the time I picked it up. She was very efficient and took the time to explain everything clearly before any additional repairs were carried out.
The whole team were amazing — a great team at Sunshine. We now officially service all 4 family cars here, and there’s no need to go anywhere else.

I had a flat battery, Roadside Assistance was A+. Mycar had a replacement battery and fitted it as soon as I got there. Friendly staff and management go above and beyond.

The proprietor helped me book online as my service couldn't. All happy here.

I have good trust in them. They do the job on the day and make sure i get it back on the day unless otherwise told. I went in for an engine oil + filter change then they called me mid morning recommending what else needs doing on a scale of importance and gave me a quote and option to go ahead. Future recomendations were made and i was given a general quote of approx price so i can budget for what can be done at the next service.

Everyone was lovely and super helpful! Went in and had everything explained to me perfectly, kept up to date with everything! Had a wheel alignment done with then as well as a roadworthy on 2 separate occasions and each time they were fantastic! Highly recommend.
