Friendly, promp and good advice

I was a little apprehensive about getting my car serviced with you again because the last service I had with you wasn’t good experience as i didn’t get all I paid for and got the run around by the manager but this time I was really pleased with the service and Brandon was very helpful and I received a good experience again so I’ll definitely be coming back

Good quality prompt service. Fitted us in at short notice for a service and 2x tyre replacements.

I was lucky enough to get the 4 tyres I wanted fitted the same day I called. The TTP location is so convenient with the plaza attached and the wheel alignment was an affordable add on. This is my second time being fitted with tyres by mycar and I would definitely use them again next time.

Excellent service, both myself and my husband have used MyCar at TTP and have found the service given was efficient and friendly.

I recently took my car to MyCar Modbury for a rocker cover gasket replacement and heater hose replacement. First they told me that you can collect the car after 4 hours. After more than 6 hours I did not receive any call from them. Then I called them and they told it may take another 4 hours. After another 3 hours they told me they could only repair Gasket. Immediately after their service, I faced two serious issues that have caused me financial and emotional stress:
Bonnet No Longer Opens Properly – This was never an issue before their service, yet they refused to fix it and blamed it on the car being "old." When I insisted that this problem only started after their work, they refused responsibility and asked me to leave.
Heater is having issues – MyCar now claims they only "inspected" the heater hose and did nothing. Yet, my heater is not working as expected, forcing me to take the car to multiple mechanics at my own expense.
Horrible Customer Service & Threats – Instead of helping me, they threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave the premises. I was simply trying to have them fix the bonnet issue THEY CAUSED, yet I was treated like a criminal!

Financial Loss – I now have to pay $225 just for Kia to inspect the car, plus additional costs at other mechanics. MyCar’s negligence has cost me both money and stress.

DO NOT TRUST MyCar Modbury If they damage something, they will deny responsibility and threaten you instead of fixing their mistakes.

If you care about your car and your peace of mind, take your business elsewhere!

My car broke and the guys were great. They diagnosed what was wrong and provided me with the options. They kept me updated throughout the process.

They did major work on my car at short notice, found the faults correctly and repaired them, and communicated well.

Always very helpful even at last minute

Convenience, Love being able to shop while tyres are fitted. Usually would deserve 5 stars but only 4 this time cos they wrote the wrong odometer reading.
