Pleased with the service and the communication they give you.

Honest and open from the start. Never felt like we were getting the run around with the repairs like we do with other mechanics. Communication was excellent as well.

Will happily go back again.

I had a punctured tyre to be repaired so I dropped into mycar at TTP without a booking. They were able to repair it at short notice and I was in and out within 30 mins and the best part the fix was free under their Tyre Care Plan. Great work

Once again the staff at mycar TTP did an awesome job. Went above and beyond to fix a puncture, rotate and balance the wheels and nip the wheel bearings up while they were at it. They did all this with the added challenge that I couldn't find the locking nut removal tool. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

They were honest with me and gave a great deal, quick and did a great job

Excellent 5 star experience from booking over the phone to being in store, chap called Gavin who was the face of your store provided excellent service,Iam overall exceptionally happy with the
product,job done, and the great after service warranty and tyre program provided.

Service was incomplete. Oil not filled and tyres not rotated.
Manager was unaware of what had and had not been done.
Very disappointing and unable to trust this mechanic any more

they were so nice and helpful. i ordered the wrong tires by mistake but they helped me out and arranged for the correct ones to be ordered in.

Since the service my car has been driving the best it had been since I bought it, I've tried many different mechanics over the years, this service was by far the best so far.

Told me needed new battery would have been good if they had checked correct as it is stopnstart battery also did a wheel alignment which I didn't need will never go vack

The team were very patient and listened to my weird explanations of my car issues. Very understanding and focused on fixing the problem. Didn’t stop trying until the problem fixed.

The staff members were very helpful, explained what was going to be done to the car and answered all of my questions. The servicing was also done quite quickly on the day.

Fantastic service from getting me in next day to fast and efficient service. I have used this garage multiple times and have nothing but positive experiences.

Moved to a regional town recently and thought I’d stick with the TTP mycar where I normally take my car. However I just tried to book my car in for two weeks time, and enquired about the timeframe (I’ve always been told it would take about 2 hours for a normal service) as I have appointments in the early morning and late afternoon and wanted to make sure I had enough time. The man I spoke with was incredibly rude and unhelpful, went off yelling about lunch breaks and insisted that I’d just have to bring my car in at 8am and they’d get to my car whenever they had time that day. The attitude that this employee displayed was completely unnecessary.

My brakes needed to be replaced on my car, Lexus couldn't fit me in for a couple of weeks. The guy's at mycar tyre & auto ttp slotted my car in for next day did an awesome job with a smile. Thanks for a great job and making it all too easy!

Really good service and solid work. Only downsides were tyres were pricier than competitors and a belt I was told doesn’t need changing is now squeeling but only minor things nonetheless :)
