I was stranded in Townsville with a dead alternator over the weekend. Contacted My Car and spoke with Josh. He indicated they were busy but would be able to assist if I could get the car to them by 09:30.
Got a Text message at 12:30 to say the vehicle is good to go. Josh's great attitude and willingness to help is really appreciated.

Log book service, tyres rotated & balanced, wipers replaced.
Manager Josh was unwell, before he left he accommodated my tight schedule with an earlier collection time - Thank you Josh!
Collected from Manager Mick who came up from Fairfield site, put rear wiper on & stamped logbook. I noticed a big difference in the car & fuel use felt safe highway driving after the service. Have been using Mycar for years & highly recommend them. Mick is highly professional knows exactly what needs to be done & just does it. I had a screw sticking out of my rear tyre and mycar were able to replace 2 x tyres that afternoon. Very efficient and friendly service.

Needed a puncture repair, was told to drop off anytime and job will be completed. Job was done within 1.5hrs. Very helpful staff member and no hassles with the job.

Took very good of removing the tyres and with great customer service

I was asked to bring the car in between
8 am and 9am. I brought it in at 8am, then told that there were 3 cars in for service. At midday I arrived at the office, (still not done but in the repair area). We waited all having lunch. Walked down the road and back 10 mins. Car was done. Charged over $350 of which the part was $250. I was glad the repairs were done but the time planning was shite.
