Courteous People who have our interests at heart.
We have had a warranty cvlaim or 2 over the years and no problem was to big or small and were handled well.
They let us know what could go wrong in the future and we are able to plan our vehicle expenses accordingly.

Fast and efficient service and liked that I could book my car in for it's log book service online. Using the Linkt app, there was a promotional discount too and it included 1 years road side assistance. Most other places charged more and you never got the added benefit of a years road side assistance.

Big thank you to the team at mycar Tyre & Auto Victoria Point — they got my tyre replaced incredibly fast and had me back on the road in no time. Great service and very professional.

He was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything that was happening with my car without making it feel overwhelming or rushed. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about both the customer and the quality of their work, but Dave absolutely does.

The service was efficient, transparent, and reasonably priced, which gave me a lot of confidence that I was in the right place. No upselling, no pressure, just honest advice and great workmanship.

Had car serviced found a couple of other issues which were fixed. Communiction was great. Found another problem which they couldnt fix but provided me with contact details of someone who could. Couldnt ask for better service.

I booked my car in for the 300,000.00klm service so it is a big service.
David accepted my car early, to make it easier for me. He called and explained some issues that needed to be fixed ASAP which the go ahead was given. When we went to pick up the car, he provided a good explanation of everything.
It was a quick and easy process. I will be back

Great communication throughout the process with some handy tips upon pick up for future dealings with the vehicle. Timely service handling too.

Came in with a puncture on a non-standard tyre. All done within the day, as there was stock, plus had a wheel alignment. Good customer service on site.

Brilliant customer service the manager was great to deal with great price will definitely be back.. ps I had a personal issue wasn’t booked in till 3.30 got there at 3pm explained my situation and they put my car straight in don’t get service like that everywhere
