We ask for 3 things to be done a service , ,back break pads and 4 new inexpensive Tyers
They rang with a list of things wrong which was going to be $3900 and that didn’t even include the Tyers ,we made it clear we weren’t wanting to spend $$ on it as it is over 20+ years old ,he was trying to sell expensive Tyers like the ones that were on it it was explained to them the car hardly gets driven only 2 km to work just put inexpensive Tyers on it ,do back break pads and service it ,they said oh you will need new rotary,again we said just service it ,4 new inexpensive Tyers and back break pads
Everything was so difficult we never ask for a run down on what’s wrong with it it was made clear over and over just do the 3 things we asked for it had a service and it was picked up with no break pads replaced and no new Tyers because everything became to hard as the guy was not listening to why we booked it in with them and was wanting to put same Tyers that was on it which were expensive Tyers we take 4 cars there from our household and no more will we go there we’re done with waurnponds my car wanted 3 things done came back with just a service and now going to find a new machanic for the 4 cars

Quick service on a tyre puncture, notified me in 2 hours that tyre was ready.

Booked car in for a minor service of 172k and needed a few other bits replaced which were known to me (headlight, tyre puncture, back wiper replacement). Was called and told it was actually due to have a major service of 180k (car had only done 172k) and also required a new battery along with a few other things, was also told the car would take all day instead of a few hours. After being quoted almost 4 times the original service price I reluctantly agreed as I felt as though I had no option, this was a major stress just 2 days prior to Christmas. I was called prior to picking up my car to be told that they had misquoted me for the cost of the battery and needed to replace with a more expensive one. The price of that battery was slightly reduced. Upon picking up my car, I noticed that my daughter’s capsule had been removed and not replaced. When enquiring about this I was told “Oh we are not licensed to refit the seat”. Not one time was I contacted to be told that this had to be removed for the service nor was there an offer of reimbursement for having to get the capsule reinstalled. I was then left without a capsule installed in my car until I could book to have it refitted (it’s quite busy 2 days before Christmas), this also costing me more money. Upon driving my car the next few days, the centre display has turned itself off multiple times and the clips for replacing the wipers were not attached properly and were scraping against the windscreen.
I am VERY disappointed with my experience here, and will not be returning to this mycar location.
