I was most impressed with how Ella Moreton dealt with assisting me with the technical issues that I had. She did not give up, it took us a long time for us to figure out what the actual issue was, but not at any point did she make me feel she was in a hurry to leave things unresolved.
I am most grateful for her patience . and support today. We did get things resolved and I felt I could take over from where we left off things.

I've been receiving ongoing support from Yoram and Sammy. They've been patient and responsive throughout my learning and have always made themselves available to help me refine the way we use Careberry at our supported living service.

I was assisted by Yoram and found the session to be extremely useful and informative. Yoram was able to explain things in a way of which I understand and was able to demonstrate this so we can put this in to practice. Yoram should me things I was unaware Careberry could do and could not to enough to assist me.

We had a technical glitch early hours of the morning and Ben resolved this very swiftly. Ben was very supportive and showed great knowledge and skill to the system.

We like working with Careberry as they take our feedback serious and they listen to us and update their software accordingly. Also you can phone them and actually speak to your Account Manager strait away. They are very responsive and communicate well. I highly recommend them.

As a carer working in the community this app is brilliant. You can easily access all the information that you need such as care plans, medication, risk assessments. The information is well organised and easy to access.

In my role as an administrator for a home care company, the intuitive design and user-friendly interface of the Careberry app make it a breeze to navigate. This app has truly made our day-to-day tasks easier. It has everything together: HR, accounting, compliance, communication and more.

Our Nursing Home are in the process of switching from paper-based records to electronic care planning system with CareBerry, following a recommendation of the company. We initially piloted the system and requested some adaptations. This was feedback to Careberry who were exceptionally responsive.

They decided they would devise a system for the Nursing Home tailored to our individual needs. We were assigned a one-person contact named Sanam, to manage these changes for us. Sanam has been an excellent point of contact, meeting with our management team regularly and providing updates on progress of the changes we required. Sanam has been extremely supportive to the team and implemented changes in a timely manner. We look forward to going live imminently and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to make the switch to electronic care planning.

There is always some one on the end of the phone to support or advise. Really great team. The system is easy to use and can run reports with easy. Great with the new CQC regulations.

I have used the careberry platform when I was working for a care company as both administrator and a care assistant, I found the platform to be very easy to use and user-friendly, it makes communication between care providers and carers very interactive which improves care services.

As a customer using Careberry to monitor my father's care I find this an invaluable tool. It is easy to use and i access it several times a day to keep up to date with how my father is during the course of the day.

I was new in the caring field and a foreign country, and really nervous to start out but Careberry made it so easy. The location section enabled me to get the directions to our clients. All the information is at your fingertips with regards to care plan, dietary needs, medication as well as any special clients needs l,communications and requests.
It is really a great app.
