Fast delivery, great service.

I have placed an order with this company twice. The first order eventually arrived after sending a few emails to my car hobby shop asking them about my order but it finally arrived. My second order still hasn't arrived, even though they say they have sent it twice. They said it is on its way on the 29th April and I'm still waiting.I have asked for a refund but they are adamant,that they have sent my orders but I didn't receive it.
