Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

I've looked back over your order and can see the service selected was Tracked24, a 1–3 working day delivery service, not next-day. Your order was placed at 9:37pm on a Friday, dispatched the next working day (Monday 22nd December), and delivered Wednesday 24th December - within that 1–3 working day window.

Our returns policy, including the 14-day window, is on our website, and the returns portal link stays live all year round, even during the months we're closed for the season (this can be found on our landing page when our website is closed). Your return request reached us on Monday 12th January, after your returns window had closed.

I know that's disappointing to hear, but the team followed the correct policy that was in place when you ordered.

Hi Sejal,

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, and I'm sorry your parcel was delayed.

Our team picked, packed and dispatched your order the same day it was placed, but Royal Mail lost it in transit, which was completely outside our control. As soon as we were made aware, we sent a replacement out to you straight away.

In the meantime, we launched a 25% off promotion (after your order had already been placed) and you asked us to refund the difference. We explained that, in line with standard practice, we don't apply discounts retroactively once an order is confirmed, as that wouldn't be fair to customers who paid full price. We also let you know you were welcome to return your order and place a new one at the discounted price if you preferred.

I understand how stressful the wait was so close to Christmas, and I'm sorry for that. But once we knew what had happened, we acted immediately. You left this review the day after we dispatched your replacement, before it had a chance to arrive. It was delivered the following day.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry again for the sizing mix-up between the top and bottoms on your order - that was a genuine labelling error on our side.

Looking back at your conversation with the team, I can see they replied with an apology on their first reply and offered a full refund or exchange, and repeated that offer throughout.

You let us know you'd like to keep the pyjamas, as they'd already been given as a birthday gift, which we completely understood - but a partial refund for items you're keeping isn't something we're able to offer.

You were never asked to cover any return cost, as no return was made or wanted.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

I've checked our records thoroughly and can't find any order or email under this name. The team replies to every customer email within 1–3 working days (however usually within a few hours), and our returns portal pulls up any past order without fail, so we'd expect to see a record if there were a genuine order here.

I am really proud of the products we design and sell, and do know of a similarly named company that customers sometimes confuse us with - that may well be what's happened here.

If you do have an order with us, please send over the order number or the name/email it was placed under to kathryn@pyjamily.co.uk and I'll look into it directly. If not, I'd really appreciate this review being corrected or removed, as it doesn't reflect any purchase or interaction with my business.
