Since writing my review and forwarding my concerns to Trustpilot, I've had 8 emails from this company stating they will refund me IF, and only if, I remove my bad review. I'm not removing it, I don't want others to fall for the same scam. I'm also never using Trustpilot again as they don't do anything when proof is sent to them showing that companies are manipulating reviews.

This a scam. They make you pay £6 promise to send you a box and box doesn't arrive. It is hidden that you will have to pay a monthly fee of £44 for subscription and when you cancel, they again charged you £6. This is a real scam. Don’t use it. And then after I wrote to support, they said they will only refund me if I write a 5 star review about them. The support team were great indeed, but why do we need to get to this poaint?
