Best holiday golf polos you can get!
Really couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish with My Club Group! I used AI to design some golf shirts for our Cyprus holiday and sent them across. With a deadline of just over 4 weeks, the team were able to produce and deliver the exact pattern on a super comfy golf polo which everyone in the golf group loved! Thank you so much!

MyClub is an amazing company and the quality of the kits are second to none. I have used this company for the past 3 maybe 4 years and I honestly can't see me changing to anywhere else anytime soon. They have always gone above and beyond to help me as a customer and always produced quality kits for us and always tried their hardest to beat their own turn around time of 5-6 weeks.
For club kits they have a very respectable minimum item dispatch on first orders of 10 items and they really are quarenteed to last long after players grow out of them so they can be passed on to younger teams and still look brand-new if looked after even a few seasons on. You can't go wrong when choosing MyClub

We wanted to get an alternative kit, as our league changed the rules as we are going into U16s - number bibs, or an alternative kit. We spoke to MyClub and within weeks we had the most amazing - self designed - alternative kit, of the highest quality for a reasonable price. Really recommend to any junior club out there looking for a kit producer that listens (i.e. they do female kits too, unlike the usual junior football kit producers who think unisex is fine)

What a fantastic running vest!
James and his team were fantastic the whole process of making our new running shirts.
He helped to design the shirts and made sure I was 100% happy before he processed the order.
The shirts are top quality and arrived promptly.
The material is fantastic, the printing is perfect and the design looks amazing.

Above and beyond
We had an excellent experience with MYCLUBGROUP, and we would particularly like to recognise Teddy Daniels for his outstanding support.
We initially approached the company with a very tight deadline and were advised that it would not be possible to manufacture and deliver our football shirts in time. Teddy then contacted us, took another look at what could be achieved and said he believed it might be possible.
From that point, Teddy went above and beyond to help us. A usual lead time of five to six weeks was reduced to just three weeks, including delivery. His positive, proactive and solution-focused approach made a huge difference and ensured we received the shirts in time for our event.
We are extremely grateful to Teddy and the MYCLUBGROUP team for making this happen. Teddy provided exceptional customer service and is a real credit to the company. We would happily recommend MYCLUBGROUP to others and would certainly use them again.

Very impressive customer service!
I and a group of friends used My Club to source some netball dresses for a weekend away, and I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. Dean was exceptionally helpful and patiently answered all of my many questions and queries, and the process for designing and ordering the dresses was simple and so easy. They arrived well within the estimated delivery time and were great quality when they arrived.
From start to finish, the customer service was truly excellent with fast and informative replies to all of my emails and regular updates on the manufacturing process that gave us peace of mind. Thank you to Dean and the team, we loved our dresses and had a fantastic few days getting to show them off!

Great quality product and service.
Great product and service from the Team. Very flexible with the bespoke showerproof jacket design that I wanted for our Club.

My Club Group Review
We have had such an amazing experience with Teddy Daniels from start to finish. His communication has been absolutely outstanding – he replies so quickly and has always been happy to answer any questions or make any changes we've requested.
He has gone above and beyond to make sure our netball dresses are exactly how we envisioned them, and nothing has ever seemed like too much trouble. It's clear he genuinely cares about providing the best possible service and making sure his customers are completely happy.
We honestly couldn't recommend Teddy highly enough. His professionalism, attention to detail and fantastic customer service have made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. We can't wait to receive our finished netball dresses and see the final product in person. Thank you so much, Teddy!

No customer service
If I could give this company no stars I absolutely would . They were constantly in contact until the initial order was sent in and paid for, almost annoyingly so - seemed desperate to confirm the order. Then they made the order in the wrong colour , took 6 months to address this and still didn’t manage to get it quite right. Trying to actually get hold of anyone or get any answers during this time was an absolute nightmare , customer service is non existent , they don’t reply to emails or follow through on any promises without constant chasing up . Will absolutely not be using this company again or recommending to anyone . Promised deadlines clearly don’t mean anything to them or customer service - Avoid!!

We hope it is helpful to share a little more context around what happened, not to make excuses, but because we feel the full picture tells a slightly different story to the one the review describes.
The original colour issue came about because the design files we worked from were produced by another kit supplier, and colour representation on screen can vary quite significantly depending on the device and software used. Rather than simply reordering in a standard navy, we went to the effort of producing two sample shirts in two different navy options and sending them to you so that you could personally choose the exact shade you wanted. and that is precisely what your full replacement kit was produced in and delivered to you.
Some of the delay during this period was also genuinely outside of our hands. The Chinese New Year factory shutdown, which runs from mid-February through to early March, along with the post-CNY order backlog, does inevitably affect lead times. Once your preferred colour was confirmed on 13th April, your replacement kit was with you within 7 weeks.
Where we hold our hands up is on communication. There were gaps in our response times that simply were not good enough.
We are sorry the journey was such a frustrating one, Claire. We do hope that the end result, a kit made exactly to the colour you chose, reflects how seriously we take getting things right for our customers.

Fantastic communication and quick process to get the shirts from design to production. Charlie was quick to respond to queries and a great help. Definitely will use again in the future. The shirts themselves were great quality.
